Update: I only visit Louis!!! extremely experienced, and seamless process every time. His personality makes it more of a relaxing experience. I've always dreaded getting blood drawn, but the phlebotomists at Quest Diagnostics made the process surprisingly painless. The facility has undergone a fantastic transformation since my last visit, and the online appointment process was quick and easy.
I want to give a special shoutout to the two African-American male phlebotomists, especially Jerome (I think he’s the initial employee that serviced me in April 2022). Their expertise and gentle touch have made a significant difference in my experience. I've even saved this location as my go-to for future blood tests.
Despite some negative reviews, I highly recommend this lab for its professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Cannot give 0. Never have I seen greater incompetence or a less caring environment. Less caring? That says there’s something there. Nope. The opposite. They do their best to be incompetent, uncaring, and utterly devoid of compassion.

Was told I could drop something off. Then when I got here, was told I would have to make an appointment. Now been waiting for over an hour and a half to simply drop something off. There's another lady here who made an appointment but has still been waiting for over two hours past her appointment time. So even with an appointment, it makes no difference.
Also, their leaking water cooler makes it look like they're trying to give people Legionnaires' disease. They really shouldn't be trying to culture bacteria in the waiting room.

The phlebotomist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She executed both sets of tests flawlessly and gave me some advice on some other matters. It was an excellent visit!

Came for several tests last week. I received a call from the phlebotomist that they messed up my test and I needed to come back. She said I didn't need to make an appointment, they would know to expect me. I returned and had to bring my 9 month old baby with me, expecting to be in and out. We are 30 minutes into the wait and they said that the phlebotomist is on vacation and can't help me.

Google say they open at 7AM - Not accurate 7:30AM. No one would even speak with me after I was the first here. Trying to make sure they can do the one test I have not had and that they will accept payment from Open Loop Health. After making other appointments for this day I must now leave here after I starved myself and jump to the next appointment.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The system is flawed. The time between appointments is 10 minutes but it takes phlebotomists 20+ mins to draw blood and complete paperwork per patient. So essentially there is no chance for walk in patients to have slot to be seen. You would think quest would hire more phlebotomists to deal with the amount of walk ins that's expected especially on weekends but instead they just tell their staff to turn away patients that are walk in. I have been to multiple quest diagnostics and it's all the same, 1 to 2 staff ratio to a room full of walk in patients. Quest diagnostics already cut back on front desk by using a terrible screen check in system so that's one less person to have salary for but at least attempt to get more phlebotomists for blood draws.

I have been to two Quest Diagnostics offices in one day. The service that I received at both offices are a pauling. The manager is rude can not pronounce your name, when she was corrected more than once.. "AM I going to do the blood or not". I can not believe the nonpatient care/ customer service that I received from Quest Diagnostics today.
