Tl;DR: Communication is poor. Left my ac broken, and a check engine light on my car. Save yourself the trouble and time and go to another body shop. If your insurance reccomends this place go somewhere else unless you love wasting time
I recently took my 2012 Honda CRV in for body work and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Communication was poor and I was left in the dark about what was actually happening. After a long delay they finished the body work, but to my surprise, my AC no longer worked when I picked up the vehicle. I am also finding a check engine light that came on. I've had my car for 5+ years and never had a check engine light once. 2 days after I take it to their body shop a check engine light comes up. These guys are incompetent! I can’t help but feel that this was a case of shoddy service either they were careless or didn’t properly check the vehicle before handing it back.

Not that anyone wants to come to a body shop but I bought a pre owned dodge durango that was certified by a dealer(security dodge) after a week the fog light fell out and the front fender and hood started to bubble, they told me it’s out of warranty for paint and the fog light must of been damaged,( if it was it wasn’t by me) they didn’t cover anything… the wonderful men and woman at tip top auto body did a great job fixing these issues and even took pictures of the damage behind the outer parts to show me. The process was quick and painless with them. I was paying out of pocket and the price was fair for the work they did.. it’s been a year and no more bubbles in the paint or issues with there repair

BEWARE BEFORE COMING HERE!!! they are UNTRUSTWORTHY!! They do not have your best interest at heart and will create more damages to your car than when you entered. You will be making a tip top mistake if you come here. If you go there after seeing this review, yikes…

This place is full of professionals that are proud of what they do. I hit a small dear and my left head light was busted along with some deep dents on the hood and bumper... it was difficult finding a body shop with people I could trust. Finally, I went through my insurance and chose to come to “Tip Top Body Shop” where I met Doug on January 23rd. He was brutally honest as we analyzed the damage Bambi has done and promised me that not only my head light will be fixed but he would also make sure to match the color of my car. I was originally scheduled to get my car back February 18th but she was ready for pick up on the 13th ! Once I saw my car.. I cried.. my car looks BRAND NEW and the colors matched !! I have been driving for a week and have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!! Thank you Doug for your hard work and dedication making sure I get back on the road safely. Not only they were fast … they are efficient. Great feeling knowing that there are people out there that are passionate about what they do..!

My repair was completed ahead of schedule and done well. The staff were friendly and professional. Doug was extra helpful and courteous. Everything either met or exceeded my expectation. I would use this repair shop again for my future needs.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Tip Top Auto Body to fix my car. 100% satisfaction rate! Their staffs are friendly, helpful with my questions, efficient, and fast service. My car looks brand new! They worked well with insurance company and rental car company.

was going through insurance for a claim and State Farm suggested this place because they work with them and whoever the lady is who answers the phone… yikes. Not nice at all and seems mad about answering any simple question. Solely because of this encounter I chose a different auto shop to work with. I don’t even know anything about cars so not sure on their product service but their customer service is pretty bad lol

Do yourself a favor, research and study about your Car issue before going to this workshop. I went to this workshop 3 weeks ago to show them a ding on my car door ( literally a week old car from the showroom). For obvious reasons I was anxious and excited to keep it new. The guy there came out to look at the ding and then looked at me as if I was a fool sweating over such a minor issue (Yes, I was!) He quickly made up something in his mind and said Ohh! I see the problem is with the cameras in side mirrors, I can't fix it without removing door and that he will have to open the whole thing, fix the ding and paint the whole door!? In my mind, I laughed and wondered if the guy was really a stupid service guy in this business or if he thought I was a complete fool who would believe him. I had already done my research and had found Dentless Repair workshops but they were all far, so I chose to walk out saying I will live with it. I got it eventually fixed, 'The Dent Guy' fixed it in 15 mins!!! He drove to my place for extra $20 but it was worth it.
