I was just at this tj maxx location and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I left my bag in the store and I called to have someone check if it was still in the spot I left it and they put me on hold. Came back on the phone to lie and say that they checked TWICE! I came back and of course my bag was right where I left it. I will never be back to this store again. Absolutely ridiculous.

It’s a good store, but the employees don’t know how to move with urgency. They see that it’s a line forning and instead of checking out people they’re standing around doing other little things very unprofessional, really like going there, but they need to do something better.

The employees here are very nice and helpful. However, Lisa who is somehow the manager is extremely disrespectful not only to the employees but also customers. I needed assistance and she was very passive aggressive and showed a severe lack of respect and care. She gave me an attitude when I asked her help and did not bother to help me out correctly rushing the process and being extremely unprofessional. If you need her help good luck she’ll do what she can to get you away from her face despite how discourteous and ill mannered she is.

Store is disgusting..whole store smells like a sewer...I couldnt even go to rear of store..can't buy linens and towels that have a urine odor soaked into them...merchandise is in absolute chaos.
Never again will I attempt to shop gere..it's stomach turning

This store has a nice fitting room, but really overwhelming to shop here because it's very unorganized and messy. Very hard to find what you're looking for, takes a long time to shift through and not too many people have the time to do that. I think I found one item around Christmas time here that the other stores weren't carrying and someone grabbed it right away. The customer service is not too great, cashiers up front are not friendly. Everyone seems to be congregating up front, ringing customers, there's nobody on the floor fixing things, or putting merchandise away. I find much better service at the Carle Place location. In comparison, Macy's Backstage is very organized and there's people always on the floor straightening things out. Parking lot is a madhouse no matter what time it is, very hard to find parking. There's tons of deep potholes as you drive in from Marcus Avenue and litter blowing all over the parking lot. What happened to this TJ Maxx? It used to be the best one around at one time, now it's depressing to shop here.
