The last three times I have placed orders through Trophy Depot, I have had nothing but problems. Customer service is awful and I can't get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls! I guess I have finally learned my lesson. I will not be ordering from them ever again. I placed an order back in March and have been trying to call them to find out when I will be receiving my order to no avail! I am nervous because our performances are the first week in May....and I do not have their awards! This is NOT GOOD.

This place is impossible to get a hold of. I ordered a loooooooooooooooooooong time ago, they billed me but never sent anything. Now I'm having to call the bank to reverse the charges!

Worst Customer Service I've Ever ExperiencedI still do not have a product that is even remotely acceptable to distribute to our tournament participants and it's been two months. I ordered 24 bobble head trophies with overnight shipping on 11/28/22. Three days later on 12/1/22, Marian contacted us to let us know that the box they thought contained bobbleheads was mislabeled and they didn't have enough product to fulfill our order. She offered us a substitution, which I had really no choice but to accept because she waited so long to notify me). She claimed it was a big upgrade from what we originally ordered and she'd waive the price increase, but I checked online and both trophies were the same price.The trophies did not arrive on time, despite paying a fortune for overnight shipping, so I asked for a refund on that and was told very rudely that I couldn't get a refund until after they received their refund from FedEx. After receiving the trophies several weeks later, I discovered the "plates" on the trophies were nothing more than cheap, black stickers that were easily peeled off. This was a HUGE misrepresentation as the website on both products states that they would come with engraved plates. There was even a charge for engraving, a service which we did not receive. To top it all off, despite spelling it correctly when ordering, the word "Golf" was misspelled. So all the trophies said "Gold" tournament. When I called about the plates, I spoke to Marian, who gave me nothing but attitude and excuses. The shipping wasn't her fault, it was FedEx's. The stickers weren't her fault, because the engraving machine was out of service (which I only learned about after receiving the cheap stickers). The misspelling wasn't her fault, it was the warehouse guys. We finally got the engraved plates today, and "Golf" is STILL misspelled as "Gold"! I called again this morning to discuss this and left a voicemail. Later I got an email and call from Marian who informed me that she "doesn't check voicemails" so I had to re explain the issue, which was met with more excuses and a hard "no" when requesting any sort of refund. Each conversation has been increasingly more and more frustrating, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I'm appalled at the sheer amount of excuses I've been given and the blatant refusal to accept any sort of responsibility for the misrepresentations and mistakes that have happened with this order. Needless to say, I'll never be using them again.

Disaster. I ordered medals for my family reunion for MLK weekend. I called to have a small error in engraving changed. Nobody picked up the phone then I tried cancelling my order and they tried nickle and diming me to not give me back my money. I had to go somewhere else to get my medals after threatening to protest the cc charge

Customer service manager (Shah) has to be the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. They "mislabel" items on the quote and miss price items during the trial batch. then came back to us after getting a quote on almost $4k worth of items saying "we miss priced this item and we aren't making any money on it, so the new higher prices are staying". Well Shah, your crappy attitude was what sealed our decision to take our business somewhere else. We would have paid the extra charges with a little class from you. Stay away from this shady business!

horrible customer service. received plaques on wrong trophies and two broken ones. when I called three weeks ago to get them replaced, the initial person I spoke with was very helpful but when I called today to find out where my order was, I was told to do my own investigation and that there was no way they broke the trophies. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they refused to transfer me. still have not received my replacement order and I will NEVER use their company again.

good prices but They stopped allowing you to pick up your ordersall orders must ship which adds cost to my ordersI will have to find some place that I can pick up from to save cost

TrophyDepot supplies our soccer banquet's awards ceremony every year. Prices are always the lowest around and never had one problem with them. Super value and good cust service.
