I've been going to the 450 Lakeville Road in Lake Success location for my mammograms for a few years. I liked the place. The last couple of times I noticed that the staff is not as friendly as it used to be. In the past, after my mammogram, someone would call me in less than an hour to let me know the results. I would then receive a letter two days later. This time, no one called me. I had to call a couple of times to find out my results. I asked why no one called me with the results. The nurse on the phone told me that it was registered on the computer that a nurse called me. Noone did. I received the letter a week later. I was also surprised that for the first time, the technician asked me if I was an Ashkenazi Jewish. Even my friend who had a history of breast cancer was surprised. No one ever asked her.

Breast Imaging Center No validation for parking. There is no incentive to use this facility when patients have to pay for parking at this testing site. Parking is free at other testing sites on Staten Island. Again Northwell shows it ALL about the money and not patients.

I cannot fully describe what a positive experience I had at Northwell Health Imaging at the Center for Advanced Medicine but I am certainly going to give it my best shot just like they did for me. From the reception area, to the people who lead you into the area where you need to change for your procedure, to the nurses, to the treatment area, everyone was friendly and more importantly highly competent. This is unfortunately not how it is in most other places but it should be, especially when it comes to healthcare. I was there for a cat scan of my lungs as my doctor wanted to eliminate a blood clot as a possible cause of my symptoms. I confess I was very anxious which made the fact that I felt I was in very good hands throughout the process incredibly important to me. The fact that this was taking place during a heatwave in NYC made it all the tougher. I spent time before arriving trying not to be nervous about the contrast that they would have to administer to me for the test. The nurse who did my IV for the contrast was especially nice and excellent at her job. I wish I knew her name so I could include it here but alas I have forgotten it. What I did not forget is her pleasant demeanor helped me remain calm even as she had to struggle around the scar tissue in my veins. It ain't easy to like someone who has to give you two IV's but the problem was not her skill but my veins. I am well aware of my problem. The technicians in the cat scan area were equally good, and I was so impressed with how smoothy everything went. I was in and out with everything I described above in an hour. Bravo Northwell Health Imaging at the Center for Advanced Medicine. You are a striking example of how and what healthcare should be everywhere.

The worst of the worst of the worst. Couldn't get to see my son in recovery because of Covid. Covid? No one cares anymore about Covid. Why am I standing outside while my wife who needs my help is in with our baby. Get your act together people. Aaahhh Long Island losers.

Doesn't matter when doctor send prescription they never ready. If u come after 2 hrs or 3 hrs they still tell u, please give us 20 min your medicine not ready yet. I think they start preparing your medicine when they see you. Really bad service. I wish I have choice but I work with in Northwell so I don’t even have choice for go out side.

WORST PHARMACY EVER... YOU WILL WAIT FOR MEDICATION EVEN IF YOU ORDERED DAYS AHEAD... THEY WAIT UNTIL YOU ARRIVE THEN THEY PREPARE MEDICATION..I TRIED TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE LOCATED INSIDE OF NORTHWELL HEALTH FACILITY.. BUT STILL HAD TO GET AWAY FROM THEM... MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE
