Hands down the best storage facility i have ever used. It is always very clean, the temperature is perfect to keep all my belongings in great condition, I’ve had multiple units for years here and i am very happy with the space, the convenience, and especially the amazing staff who are a dream. They always communicate in a very timely manner, and I am grateful for the service they continue to provide

My family has been using this facility for years now, as a family and individually. I’ve never had a problem here, and the facility has adequate environment controls for my needs. If I wasn’t moving, I would remain a customer, but as soon as the opportunity presents itself I would not mind renting another unit here.
The staff here is very professional and friendly.

I have used the Westy’s in New Hyde Park for storage for several years now and I am very happy with the location, security and cleanliness. Everyone who works in the office is very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the hours which are not great for people who work full-time, because they close at 6 pm on weeknights (technically 5:30 since that is when they close the gate) and are only open from 11-4 on Sundays. Staying open later on at least one weeknight and extending the Sunday hours would be a huge improvement.

I have to say this place is awesome. I waited for over a year to get a small room on a higher floor. I called monthly and everyone I spoke to was pleasant. Big Thanks to Rosa for making it happen and keeping me on the list she was so pleasant very professional. Also, Aleisha for being so professional and making the transfer less stressful for today!
