“I’ve lived here 6 years. Only started taking my cars here the last two years. The experience is the best in the area IMO. I often do work on my own cars and have a good idea how long things take. Their labor hours for jobs are fair and the mechanics I’ve talked with are happy to give you the time of day if there are questions or explanations needed. I’ll often source my own parts, sometimes just from Napa down the street, and tires etc from tirerack and they’ve taken all that in stride and accommodated. They will also make you an appointment for inspection and will actually keep it, and have WiFi while you wait. They have failed me for inspection a few times, all those times I can definitely verify they were being honest about actual bad parts that needing replacing. Once they said my rear control arms were bad on my BMW, I was suspect because generally I can feel those being bad - and I had recently rotated my tires and hand tested the control arms for play and didn’t find any. They were happy to put the car back on the lift and show me, when the wheel was on you could definitely wiggle some play in the bushing. I had done my hand inspection with the wheels off, the extra leverage the wheel provided illustrated the play in the bushing. All is to say they have been totally honest and a pleasure to work with and communicate with at reasonable prices. So much better than other places around here.”

“Ended up with a flat tire, called AAA and Hoff’s was dispatched to my location. Glenn, the driver that was working that day, came to my rescue like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Great communication, familiar with the area in terms of where my car was located in the shopping center, and most importantly THE BEST POSITIVE ATTITUDE. He didn’t skip a beat quickly swapped the tire with my spare while engaging in genuine conversation. We all know it’s hard to find hard working individuals these days but to have an enthusiastic and the glass is half full comically energized person is unheard of.
