This location was superb. All other locations have changed things in my account without my permission or advising me !!" I then have to call to fight to have them put back on . Some grandfathered in options they no longer have. This location was extremely helpful, and I will recommend it to everyone I know and I will continue to go to there . They're Absolutely the best !!! Highly recommend. No pressure , no adding features unbeknownst to me , no surprises straight forward and give you exsactly what you asked for .. Nick was the person who helped me but the other staff (unfortunately I didn't get thier names were also wonderful and helpful recommend any rep at this location)

Nick and Ari were extremely helpful with switching over four cell phones for us to AT&T from our previous provider. Very fast and knowledgeable, had us in and out in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend them and this location if your looking to switch services or purchase a product. Thanks again Nick & Ari.

Worst customer service EVER!Several weeks ago, I ordered 2 iPhone 15 pro maxes at AT&T’s Winslow Gate store, Poughkeepsie, NY. We planned to trade in our 2 old Iphones, and the rep told us to bring them in when we got the new ones. When my phone came, I brought in the old one, and the (same) rep accepted the trade in. When the other phone arrived several days later, we brought the old one in to return. A different rep, Rachel Johnson, said that it wasn’t the policy of the AT&T store to accept trade ins and we’d have to take it to a corporate location (30 min or so away). We explained that the first rep had accepted the first phone—had TOLD us to bring in our trade-ins—and Ms Johnson said it was against policy & she wouldn’t accept the trade-in. She identified herself as the new store manager and was obstinate, unpleasant, and totally unwilling to help. She just kept repeating herself and wouldn’t consider making an exception despite how inconvenienced we’d be (we’re both older adults). By this time, the original rep came out and said she didn’t know about the policy when she sold me the phones and accepted the trade-in. Clearly, Ms. Johnson could have turned this around by accepting the trade in, but she refused.This was a truly miserable and upsetting experience for me and my husband. Ms. Johnson is a terrible AT&T representative and I can’t imagine you’d want someone so anti-customer care fronting your business. I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for years but this left me feeling awful and betrayed.We took the trip to the Newburgh NY store today & traded in the phone without a problem.This was without question the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You need a new manager for the Winslow Gate location.

The AT&T store on Main Street was excellent! The process was really fast and it’s right next to my house and unlike other AT&T stores this one was really fast with my phone plan so I give this AT&T store a 10/10

I went in on the 3rd of this month and went to get a prepaid cellphone plan and Sim card. Got them purchased now the issues started after the purchase the guy in the man in the store who wasn't able to get my phone to work with the simcard didn't even check before the purchase to make sure the phone I had was compatible with At&t's network which it isn't. So $49.80 later I'm still trying to get the money that was basically stolen from me back. Best part is that I wasn't even told that the purchase was final until after I paid for everything.NEVER trust Neil H or AT&T!!!

Do not buy a phone at this store. They stole a phone from my girlfriend and are charging her for it. Part 2: They have been charging her for the phone and a second line for 9 months now because they lost the phone. I must have spoken to 30 or more AT&T workers since then and no one has done anything to help. I strongly advise ANYONE not to buy anything from this store. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
