“Clean environment, tidy, however inappropriately staffed. Expect on busy days to be in a line- but for me, that is not much of an issue. Upon reading many of the other reviews, it seems like the main concern people have happens to be with their patience- if you have patience, you'll enjoy this branch.Every time I enter, although I wait on a line, the moment I get to the desk, I am helped with exactly what I need. Although, I have never gone for an appointment or consultation- I could see that taking a little longer / being a little more inconvenient.I have never dreaded coming into / or calling this branch, and am always met with a smile!
