Bicycle Depot is a wonderful place with super friendly and kind people who are great at bike sales and repairs. Their customer service is beyond amazing, with staff who are super knowledgeable, helpful, and very reasonable. They fix issues quickly, often without an appointment, and offer good prices. They embody the spirit of the community, welcoming both locals and out-of-town visitors. The shop is also very welcoming to dogs. Customers highly recommend giving this store your business before going anywhere else.
We were visiting the area and my partner loves to bike so we stopped in. We weren’t necessarily needing a bike or service but we so enjoyed our talk with the gentleman who was working and his dog Cooper. We would come back when needing bike support!

Please give this store your business before you go anywhere else. Their customer service is beyond amazing. Lee looked over both our bikes for flat tire issues, fixed them within a half hour without an appointment and didn’t charge us! Oh. And make sure you say hello to Cooper - their very friendly dog!
