“Mixed review. I called corporate to schedule my delivery for Saturday, for a 2 month rental, and because I have a dumpster in my driveway, I specified for it not to block the dumpster, but to go on the opposite side of the driveway. I was told this wouldn't be a problem, but when the local driver called to confirm the morning of, to just reiterate to that driver. Well, Saturday morning came and when I went up to the house, it was on the wrong side of the driveway and I never got a call about when it would be delivered. I immediately called corporate to complain and get it re-located, and was told they'd email the local office, but there wasn't much more they could do. I was also told by corporate that the phone number on my account was written down wrong, so while it IS possible the driver tried to call, I never got it. Fast forward to this am (Monday) and I got a call promptly at 8am by the new driver Eric, with his trainee Noel, and was told they'd gotten the message for the resposition and would be right over. They showed up promptly and got it moved to the correct side of the driveway. The resolution to the problem was pretty quick, and the local team made good on fixing it. I just am not sure who dropped the ball in the first place, but am very grateful to Eric for getting the job done this am and getting it moved so I don't get double billed for longer on the dumpster.”
