I drop off packages pretty frequently at this location. Not once has any worker ever been friendly at all. If you know you’ll have questions regarding shipping or anything, do yourself a favor and go to any location other than the new paltz PO.

the lady that helped me before close today was wonderful. i sent out a box to my boyfriend who is in the Army overseas and she was super polite and patient with helping me get that to him. she is a very kind woman and was sincere with each customer!! i did not catch her name but i appreciated her a lot.
