I had a great experience working with Esther during my apartment application process! She was absolutely amazing —I called last Friday an hour before closing asking if I could come view a unit last minute , even tho I was almost an hour away she was super pleasant and not only took her time to show me around the property and amenities but was happy doing so !!! I came in with my super energetic toddler and she was understanding ,professional, friendly, and very helpful every step of the way. The building itself was beautiful, and her excellent customer service made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Esther, for making the process so pleasant!
