If you thinking about purchasing from this Ashley location, I would without a doubt ask if Eric V. is on the floor to help you with what your looking for. I am unfortunately very indecisive and Eric V. had all the patience in the world for me. He listened to what I was looking for & helped me explore all my options. I ended up purchasing the Maimz with ottoman. It was a perfect alternative to the chaise I was originally going to purchase. I also purchased the furniture removal, and it was worth every penny. The delivery guys were equally as professional, quick, and very hard working. All in all 5 out of 5 stars!!!

The worst furniture store ever. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy stuff here. Because they sell low quality defected furniture and provide no warranty or customer service.Initially, I had a pleasant experience with this store ; however, that changed drastically after I made my purchase. The furniture I received was in poor condition, and when I contacted the manager to address the issue, they were dismissive and incredibly rude. It’s disappointing that the customer service took a nosedive post-payment. I wouldn’t recommend this store due to the lack of quality products and the disrespectful attitude exhibited post-sale.

I'm very happy with my new living room furniture. It was delivered earlier then scheduled but that was not an issue. Everyone acted in a professional manner and the tables were put together well. Overall I'm a happy customer.

Tiana was very personable and knowledgeable of the bed I was interested in. The challenge I experienced which wasn’t the best is having to call back to ask a question. The call tree is too long and I wasn’t able to reach the store despite numerous attempts.

Ashley Is (Horrible).. They Sent Me The Same Damaged Sofa Twice . They Refuse To Exchange It & Are Still Sending Repair Men a Year Later. Brand New Furniture Shouldnt Need Repair Never Mind 4 Different Repairs ..I Wouldnt Recomend Ashley To My Worst Enemy.. They Sell Defective Furniture ..

We thought we know what we wanted before we got to the Ashley store in New Rochelle. We were looking for a loveseat and a sofa, and we had been searching for it online and i the stores for several weeks. The sales rep, Mrs. Donna Morgan, was so friendly, patient and understanding that she steered us thru all possible options without a single feeling of "being pushed". She insisted to take us to the other end of the store just to feel the materials and sit on the sofa itself countless times, just for the sake of getting rid of any doubts and discomfort in our minds. She even did not lose her natural smile when we changed our minds in the very last second after she had completed most of the paperwork. This was the most pleasing shopping experience we had in so many years. This in fact was a reason why online shopping can/should never replace the experience in the shops -at least for such items like you need to see/touch for yourself.Thanks again Mrs. Donna Morgan, and thanks Ashley Furniture for having her.

Donna acknowledged me as soon as walked through the door even while she was helping another couple she took stock of exactly what I was for as I searched the show room floor. With her immediate help I was able to choose a piece I felt comfortable with and Donna did the rest !

I had a terrible experience at this location. The employee was so eager to get her commission that the main detail was overlooked and not mentioned.I suggest reading the fine prints yourself especially if you’re purchasing a sealy mattress. They are a third party so getting any assistance is impossible. Sealy refuse to offer any compensation since the purchase was not made directly from them. I figured this review might help a few people.

Timik made this buying experience easier than I could have imagined. Very helpful and he definitely knows his products! I was able to find everything I needed for my apartment. Without Timik’s help I’d probably still be looking. He’s the guy to go to at Ashley’s.
