Walked into the New Rochelle store today 1//21/2025 just to look at the iPhone 16s on display and to see the accessories on the wall. The two employees kept watching me like a hawk the whole time I was in the store like they thought I was going to snatch the display phones or doing something suspicious. One girl was close to me most of the time. They finally asked if I needed any help and I said no thank you I’m feeling uncomfortable and pressured shopping here and left without buying anything. The Bay Plaza Mall AT&T was so much more inviting and not up your neck the whole time like this one.

The att store 488 Main Street in new Rochelle refused to take the internet box back. They are suppose to accept the box

I came with a lot of questions, and they answered them all, were super friendly, and was clear and helped me understand everything. I put them through a lot of requests and they helped me with everything without any trouble. Very friendly, good, and patient people. Thanks Ericka, you were very good at your job!

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store in New Rochelle. Mel and Ricardo went above and beyond to assist me with adding two new lines and selecting two new phones. They made the process incredibly easy and took the time to ensure everything was explained clearly, so I understood all aspects of my new plan and devices. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Mario, a district manager, who was outstanding too! The entire team made me feel valued and taken care of. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to receive top-notch service and assistance with their mobile needs!

Mario and 3 other young ladies assisted us. Very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. They stood past there time to help us and we are so thankful for that. I will always recommend this location.
