I strongly caution anyone considering this car rental company: avoid them at all costs. I was given a filthy vehicle, both inside and out. The interior had clearly not been cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was bird droppings (see picture) on the exterior, right near the rear passenger door. I was embarrassed when my mother entered the back seat, saw the mess and commented on it.
When I raised the issue with the counter representative upon returning the vehicle, he admitted that they don’t have access to a car wash at the rental site as if that justified the condition. That’s no excuse. Their response showed a complete lack of care and zero accountability.
If you absolutely must rent from them, inspect the car thoroughly before driving off. If it’s dirty and you end up having to clean it yourself, demand reimbursement for both the cleaning cost and your time since you’re doing their job for them. I’m so disgusted that I’m contacting Avis corporate.

Pretty inconvenient not having an after hours drop box, if they’re closed your out of luck because there’s no where to leave the car or key. Never again

I was 5 mins late for my Saturday reservation. They had closed. I had opted for on-line pre-check-in so i was supposed to just pick up the car and go. There was an employee still there, checking in returned vehicles. But he refused to give me my car. Not to mention there was a snow storm brewing and i was stranded. The Supervisor at the 1-800 Avis number i’m pretty sure was a human but behaved like a poorly programmed computer.

So everytime I reserve a car from here I have no problem. Just show up early on a weekend BUTTTTTTT! These cars are always dirty! Clean your cars for your customers please!
