1 teller on a thursday. took 35 minutes to serve 2 people. 6 people in line behind me. people keep walking out because the line is so slow.

The only problem I have with this bank is that it doesnt have a drive thru. It not good for people who have a disability because they have to go through alot just to use atm. At the previous location it had atm drive thru which was very convenient. I dont know how they build a big bank with no drive thru. SMH

The staff is rude specially the man who sign in customers. The bankers are not understanding & patient & just want to do their job & go home.I missed my apt for today & when I showed up & begged to be seen, there were only 1 banker working & he refused. I tried to ask him a question at the door but the representative standing at the door rudely closed his door. First, that wasn’t his office door but only the banker has the right to do so, but also I told him that I didn’t have any intention to go in, but just wanted to ask him a question if I could be seen or not as I came late for my apt.Furthermore, there were only banker working there, that was the worst Bank of America I never went to!The man named Torres is the guy who closed the banker’s door & the banker refused to see me stating that I missed my 11am apt.I went there the previous day & a representative by the door standing in front of the computer (I think his name is Michael) kindly made that 11am apt for me, but I couldn’t be seen when I showed up late for my apt. The Worst Bank of America!

My husband and I brought our son in to the New Rochelle branch to open a student account. We were assisted by John Carlo and are pleased to say this gentleman was extremely service driven and professional. This entire branch of professionals went above to provide seamless customer service. The manager stopped by to offer coffee and to make sure our service was good. I have been with Bank of America for many years. Today I was very proud to be a client and my son first banking experience was exceptional. Kudos to this staff. We will highly recommend.

1:20 pm on a Friday afternoon there is only 1 teller working and 6 customers waiting on line.Fridays are the busiest day of the week for banking. This location is poorly managed

As I need to withdraw cash once another in an amount to large for the ATM limit I like the short lines and the availability of ample parking vs the branches near me in the Bronx.

this is by far the worst bank of america that i attended i have a business account for more than 20 years and since they opened this location i always had problems. it never happened to me with the previous bank of america which was on north avenue especially the cashier with the bulging eyes (I don't know her name because she never has a name tag when I visit this location) is very rude and always in a bad mood. It is a sadness that such a new location has this kind of employees. This has never happened to me in other banks of America
