Fist time ordering with them and three weeks after load shipped still don't have it. Called company they said it would arrive yesterday by a very nice woman. it didn't show and called today and got a guy with an attitude. Bottom line, i have paid for the product, it shipped 3 weeks ago, i have not received it. My rep Greg is on vacation. Not sure when or how i will resolve this. Maybe call cc company and see if i can have charges removed. I get that its the shipper but getting an attitude doesn't help. So for all you new customers thinking of using them beware unless its their delivery truck i would be careful. Will update as it goes. Hoping maybe this review will get someone to do something. ?

This is the top distributor in the northeast and the only distribution that my company will deal with. We have been in business for over 40 years and Bel Aqua always provides first class and personable service - FYI this is a company that caters to the trade only and not to homeowners looking for the lowest price and free advice. With that said, if you are in our industry than you already know how good this company is. Very happy with their business and relationship!

This is the top distributor in the Northeast, and FYI this is a business that caters to the trade only so if you're looking for pricing as a homeowner this is not that type of business. The negative reviews are not appropriate because this is a business that sells to the industry and trade only, and that makes sense. With that being said if you are in our industry this is a completely professional and customer service driven business, I have never been let down or disappointed and my company has been dealing with them for more than 30 years. Thank you to Bel Aqua!

Our experience with BA has been very good. They have more products in-stock than our 3 PA distributors. My only problem is distance, which is not their fault. They are soon coming to Central PA which will make our delivery fees more affordable.
