I purchased a new Beneteau boat from Castaways and became of a member at the marina. The experience overall was excellent. The staff at Castaways have tremendous knowledge of the boating industry, and unlike other dealerships, they truly stay with you to make sure everything is done right and you are completely comfortable understanding the complexities of a new boat. All the staff members have an incredible amount of experience. They are honest and treat their customers with respect. After my purchase was complete, the owner of Castaways, Bill Michaelis, and the sales professional, Christian Brabender, spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood everything about how to safely operate my boat. They have truly earned their great reputation. After purchasing a new boat from Castaways, I now understand the difference of working with a dealership like this versus others. At other dealerships, they care about the sale and that’s it. At Castaways, they care about you. When selecting a boat and trying to understand the options, they guide you through the process. As the boat is being shipped, delivered, sea trialed, etc, they communicate and make you feel completely comfortable. After having looked at other boat brands and talking to other dealerships, I am very happy I worked with Castaways. I fully intend to continue working with Castaways for many years to come as well as purchase additional boats from them in the future.

This is our first year at Castaways and looking forward to many more. Exceptional staff, friendly and courteous. Great location. Large pool with a walk up food/bar, ping pong table, shuffle board. Just a nice place to kick back and relax when not on the boat!

Had a great experience using Castaways, specifically with Bill Michaels. I purchased a 41' boat in 2022 and these guys helped me get the boat of my dreams. They've gone above and beyond in all facets from choosing details on the boat, to delivery and servicing. They are extremely dependable and if you're considering buying a boat, look no further!

This is my fourth season at Castaways Yacht club and it's only gotten better year after year. It's conveniently located with easy access to the LI Sound, and a members only pool and a restaurant with delicious food.The staff is super helpful and reliable, they are responsive, courteous and professional.

Our family have been members of Castaways Yacht Club for three years and I must say it’s the best! The staff takes excellent care of our boat and it’s kept immaculately clean. We enjoy our time at the pool and the restaurant is top notch. Best decision ever to keep our boat here.

Very nice waterfront location. Inside and outside tables...Chiara and Mario really take care of you. Homemade pastas daily. Loved the cannoli! A summer delight!

The castaways yacht club and staff sets the standard where others wish they were .. I have been boating since I was a little boy and have to say Castaways service and amenities are way above the norm .. on numerous occasions where I needed service from gas to maintenance everything is done professionally and quickly if you choose to Castaways you will not be disappointed

I have been going to the castaways since I was a kid my family keeps our boat there. I love spending the day on the boat andcoming back to the Marina and laying by the pool and eating at their fabulous restaurant.

Picked up Rascal after a long, maintenance intensive winter involving significant engine work and tender repairs. As usual, Bill and his team did a great job! In 30 years of boating, Castaways is the only marina where I can provide a 30+ item punch list and everything gets done. Castaways people are professional and my experience is worry free. I highly recommend Castaways.
