From my personal experience when the branch was open, it was a problematic branch with terrible customer service, so I'm not surprised that it closed. What bothers me and plenty of others is that in what can only be described as a final F.U., a single drive-up ATM machine is the only operation left by Chase, even though their name is still on the building as if the branch is still open and functioning. To top that off, more often than not this single ATM is not fully-functional; often times it malfunctions in the middle of transactions or it only provides limited services because it hasn't been maintained on a functional schedule.Considering this is the only access to Chase in this part of New Rochelle (the nearest Chase is on North Road about a mile away in a busy intersection) that services a community that has a lot of older people who may or may not drive, it's disgraceful that there is only one branch machine to service a whole community of Chase customers. The only other option is to walk/drive to the busy (and pedestrian-averse) part of town or drive to another town further away to use an Chase ATM. Or, yunnow, use other prevalent ATMs spotting the area and pay unethical non-branch and service fees...First world problem? Absolutely, but why bother having a slight and faulty presence if there's no inclination to maintain fully functional service and end up stressing your customers, further sullying your reputation in the process? Chase punishes their customer base for sucking. As usual.

This was the best location for chase bank with easy access to ATM drive through and parking. It was an easy in and out. . So disappointed it’s closed. Now you have to drive all the way to the other side of town to Quaker ridge to have access to an ATM drive through.

Came in to open an account. A severe skeleton crew. No teller at the station. People were waiting. The teller eventually came back from outside with a bag of food. Also, I saw only one banker. She sat at her desk and never greeted me. I just got up and left. This place seemed more like a franchise than an actual Chase bank.

I have always found that this branch has the best personnel, from the tellers to the bank officers. Always very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I am not review write up person. And never look up reviews before I head up. But I do see whether it's friendly or not. I had a worse experience earlier with chase and I closed for their extreme poor service. After 2 years I heared good reviews so I went back to same but with different branch. I had to travel 5 hours because there is no nearby chase available to open the account. This branch is one of the worse customer service I had ever receive. They said they did add my coupon for cash back for direct deposit, which they didn't I think so... and I am trying to reach out this branch since 10 days to confirm it, they are not picking my calls. Can you imagine how frustrating to take a break for this call and they don't answer. I made at least more than 100 calls in the past 10 days. Worse service. How can one complete branch employees will be busy all time 10 days ? I tried reaching manager with the help of customer service I don't knows how pick the cal but they keep me on hold for 28 min. Extremely worse service ever
