Only Costco in lower Westchester with gasoline. Always full of clients. Not enough handicapped spaces and regular people park in them. Because of the gasoline and easy out of 95, people come from many places outside the area

I loved this Costco ... I live in Nassau county but my local Costco was such a disaster I had to come to this one to first get a replacement card which was so simple and easy . The lady was so sweet and kind and then shopping here was so completely different then shopping at the westbury location. This store was not over run by mobs of people , I had the freedom to walk around and shop at my pace with our feeling the pressure of people rushing me behind me . I liked that I can go get milk and eggs and not be blocked by people , I liked that I can stand somewhere for a few minutes deciding on what products I want . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the check out process took longer then expected.

This Costco has been my family's go to for years. I don't have many costcos to compare it too, but it's definitely large, has good hours, and has gas if you're looking for that. It's just a very busy location. Parking and getting in and out is honestly a nightmare sometimes just because it can get so busy especially on weekends. I encourage you to go early morning or weekdays. They have Great products and I'm always eager to get something there, the clothes are good too! The food court is great, easy to use, and the pizza I got was great! I tried to take photos of the store but a cashier told me to delete my photos I took as she saw me take some lol. So unfortunately none of the store but, but still it's a decent place!

I've Been To Costco In New Rochelle At Least Twice Last Month And Was Not Asked For My Membership Upon Entry. Today October 2nd, 2022 (Sunday) I Was Asked For A Membership And Advised The Gentleman At The Front That I Did Not Have A Membership, But Was Going To Obtain One Although I Was Never Asked For One. I Also Had Asked To Speak With The Manager Whose Name Is Alexis To Verify Things. The First Thing She Did Was Come Off Rude And Nasty, Not To Mention She BLATANTLY Said To My Face "This Is Why We Don't Want Your Kind Of People Here." You Don't Get To Insult A Black Women And Expect The End Result To Be Ok. So Not Only With Corporate Be Notified, The Better Business Bureau Will Also Receive A Report And Whoever Else I Have To Contact.

Love hate relationship with this corporate mega store ! But bulk get bulk discount prices. But just like Americans who are getting bulky around their middles. Is too much of something a good thing?

I would never visit this Costco again. I come here every week as I've been a member for over 8 years. Today I was walking in the entrance with a crowd and no one showed their membership card. "Al" at the front door started walking to me with an attitude asking to see my membership card. I told him it's in my pocket. Meanwhile this is all happening while everyone else is walking in without showing their membership cards. He started to get rude and is telling me if I have a problem I can go speak to a manager. What kind of employee talks to their customers like that? Why was I profiled out of everyone else to show my card. Is that fair??

Everything you need to find They clean the bathrooms regularly The hot dogs are delicious The demonstrators are very nice The gas prices are cheaper than elsewhere You can always find a parking spot

I needed help trying to pump my gas after paying ,gas kept stopping ,I see 2 guys right in front of me talking with the small logo that said gasoline and I ask them "hey guys you work here right? Can you help me something is wrong with the gas hose There was a younger guy (the rude one) and older guy (nice guy)and the young one says " no we don't work here " The older guy than dismisses the younger guys comment and explained to me that I had to push the hose in more and than it finally worked. Thx:) I was online for 20 minutes and for that younger guy maybe 30 year old to say no he does not work there was very rude. Maybe he just didn't want to work IDk

I called this location at 6:35am, pressed 1 to speak with administrative office to ask about senior citizen special shopping hours during this Covid pandemic. I specifically told the gentleman who answered the phone I would be accompanying my mother who is a senior citizen and asked would I be allowed in with her. He said yes but only two people per membership. We get here and I asked the person you see in the picture where the line for seniors was and he immediately replied to me "you're not 60" I explained I'm here with my mother who is over 60. He then tells me that I will not be able to go in with her. I told him I specifically called and was told by admin that I could. He then proceeded to tell me that never happened because there is no admin there in the morning. Now, offended I said " are you telling me I'm lying? He was very nasty and very unprofessional. He then tells me I can stand in line if I want to but they are checking id and they won't let me in. I didn't say another word to him. I called admin again to verify my earlier conversation and of course no one knew who or what I was talking about. They apologized if someone gave me inaccurate information but they could not let me in. So with the understanding that I would not be let in I continue to stand in line with my mother. This person, in the picture sees that I am stills in line and I guess this was getting under his skin. He begins to target me and me mother and oretty much Harrassment is whole on line. First, he goes to his coworker, Jesus, starts pointing at me and talking, I couldn't hear what he was saying though... next thing I know Jesus is running over to the fourth row line ( the line we were on and was very anxious to check I'd. Normally they check your ID at the door as I saw they were doing with everyone else that going in before us. Then a little while later this person in the picture comes over to us again and tells me that I must step off the line and that he will stop the line from moving as long as I was on the line. Now, mind you I was not planning on going in but I was going to leave my elderly mother standing there in line outside in the cold by herself. So I told him, I'm not moving off the line and if you want to punish your customers for no reason then go right ahead. 2 minutes later, this person in the pictures comes back again, with another worker named Jesus and a police officer. The officer then proceeded to tell me that they were not going to let me in at the door and that that they were now threatening to cancel both of our memberships... I'm sure this came from that person in the picture... Now we have been members since 2004 and never had any issues with Costco until this person was encountered. I told the officer, I had no intentions of going in after I spoke with admin, I was simply waiting in line with my mother. I then got off the line because that person in the picture was actually stopping the line we were in because his Ego had taken total control of the situation. Mind you, I did nothing but stand there with my Mother and this person in the picture continues to harass me for no reason at all... I got off the line because I actually care about people and did not want this man to make them stand out in the cold because of me. I then called the administration office again and asked that a manager come to the front and speak with me. A very professional woman by the name of Arizona, came out and I explained what happened. I asked the person in the picture to give me his name and his title but he refused. If you are representing a company you can't hide your name and title but he knew his behavior was unacceptable so I'm sure that's why he was hiding his information. I did find out from his supervisor that his name is Mandela, and he is a supervisor... he needs customer service training, he does not have the skills it takes to supervise anyone...

Absolutely horrible service. Jay at the door was an absolute nightmare. Go to any other locations than this one. The customer service is an absolute joke. If I could rate this location lower I would.

COSTCO GAS STATION I step inside this Costco Wholesale once, maybe twice a year. On the other hand, I frequent their gas station maybe every two weeks. I'm always in the area, so it makes sense to purchase my gas here. I get the wholesale discount, plus an additional 4% using a specific credit card. It's definitely worth the visit. There'll possibly be a Hybrid Vehicle purchase in the future, but for now gassing up here will do. TIPS: Fuel Grades: Regular and Premium Accepts Debit or Visa Credit Cards Only Hours: Mon - Fri: 6:00am - 9:30pm Sat: 6:00am - 8:00pm Sunday: 7:00am - 7:00pm

The New Rochelle Costco is our 2nd choice here in Westchester aside from the Port Chester location. It's convenient, off I-95 (as many stated here), and this one has a gas station for those of us who have not yet switched to an EV. Aside from the convenience, it gets swamped and crowded, but the lines do move quickly. The layout is a bit haphazard. ***The toilet tissue supply was all gone at 12 noon - it was Saturday thus not surprised. Arrive early *** **Mask wearing enforced.
