The store manager here is very rude and unprofessional I work at cvs and I never yelled at a customer because she doesn’t have a receipt! I didn’t have receipt and went to my local cvs in my neighborhood and wanted to make a return since I was already heading to Starbucks! She goes if you work at CVS you need to go where you purchased the items! And also telling me why would I say I work at CVS ? What is there to lie about? And then when the young gentleman is ringing me up, she’s calling the front phone and he specifically says can I call you back with the answer. Because he felt uncomfortable speaking when I was there! I\\nI felt racially profiled like I bet you wouldn’t handle that situation all loud and so unprofessional if I was white! In this white neighborhood! But I still made two purchases and left. God bless her because what ever you got going on don’t bring that on to customers. Return or not I still got what I needed!

CVS 1296 North Avenue New Rochelle NY !0804 has the most professional and courteous staff. The pharmacy has 2 outstanding individuals that I would like to acknowledge Tina and Madeleine they exemplify customer service.

While I realize that writing a review is likely futile, I do hope (likely in vain) that someone will see this and make some kind of change. I want to acknowledge that I believe many of the issues are because the pharmacy is understaffed. However, the way the pharmacy staff treats patients (both in person and over the phone) is absolutely unacceptable. They are at best indifferent and at worst cruel. I imagine that there are staffing issues--likely exacerbated by the pandemic--and that the staff is under a lot of pressure, but it truly is not an excuse for consistently treating people horribly.

Something strange happened. There used to be tons of one star reviews about how horrible the pharmacy people are horrible to everyone who comes into the store. Did cvs have these scrubbed? Don't go here if you can help it. Staff is rude, disorganized and slow. I don't need an attitude from a 20-something when I'm picking up meds for my sick kids. If you hate your job, go find another one. And cvs, stop being sneaky and removing bad reviews!

Agree with others. This pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and for some weird reason they lie to you in the phone and say your order will be ready at a particular time and then it never is. Just tell me the truth and I will come later. Absolutely the worst pharmacy department I have ever encountered. Avoid.

No one picks up the phone. I've been on hold many times for over 10 minutes. They never have enough help even before the pandemic. Customer service sucks. Cvs needs to reorganize their pharmacy Dept it lacks quality service. Horrible

I was forced to go there today to pick up my wife's prescription, I totally hate this pharmacy!!! They don't pick up their phones and it is the worst pharmacy I've been to!!!! Does Gordon Ramsey have a spin off of kitchen nightmares? This place should be on the first episode of pharmacy nightmares!!! Avoid this place completely!!! Anybody want a great pharmacy call Trotta's pharmacy in Harrison NY they will deliver to New Rochelle!!!
