New Rochelle NY Main St. CVS is suck. My mom’s tablet ordered 2 weeks ago they keep saying on hold today they mentioned insurance not covered. And my mom almost 2 weeks without medicine. And today I have wait more than 20 minutes que to go to consultant. There is one sucker told me like this. She told me the medicine is $300 something to buy without insurance. I did not buy ,( the same medicine i bought in another pharmacy less than $20. ) After that I asked her to give me my daughter's tablet. She said she can’t give I have to go to the register. I have to wait another 20 minutes on the que to go to the register. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS CVS.
It’s SUCKS. Change your pharmacy

A 44 year old man named David Crompton died because his pharmacy couldn't get access to his Tegretol in UK. The pharmacist and manager at this CVS intentionally didn't order my medication and I went SEVEN days without medication. Angela should be striped of her job and license and the entire store be shut down. It needs to be audited and revamped. Maybe the burden isn't all on her but this incident was on her.

This is one of the worst CVS stores that I’ve been in the pharmacy team, though some employees are quite hard-working and amazing. You can’t get through to the staff. The line is always long one of the pharmacists. There is always very crude and nasty last time I was there, I found human feces in front of the store. I think there’s enough money being made that you could have a little pride in your product.

This 24 Hour CVS Pharmacy’s manager is really a disaster. She is rude, condescending, curt, unprofessional and has bias towards customers. She has a definite attitude and bias towards other members of the LGBTQ community, and treats customers poorly. I highly recommend avoiding this location and if not - let the Store Manager know of any and all unsettling interactions with the pharmacy. It’s a shame that CVS keeps such an unprofessional and disrespectful person on staff.

I called this morning to confirm they had my prescription ready because in the past I've had to wait 20 minutes each time even when the account says it's ready for pickup. I show up at 1:36pm and the "24 hour" pharmacy is CLOSED. I only have this one window during my lunchbreak to pick up my prescription. Every doctor has warned me about this pharmacy. it's the WORST I'm fed up.
Updated today, Dec 7th 2024. Still same policy. I worked in retail for 5 years. You take turns taking lunches so business cam continue as usual. Every doctor I've been to has warned me. This is a bad pharmacy. Unprofessional staff. Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Rest if the store is fine, just the pharmacy is particularly bad.

The pharmacy is busy always , yet the staffs are welcoming and dutiful at their job. They are willing to clear any doubts about the medications and courteous to provide recommendations.

I wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO STARS. The only redeeming factor is that it is 24 hours, but even that is not a good thing considering the clientele. The staff become ruder and/or more unhelpful as time goes on. They send false alerts that medications are ready and then you end up waiting on a long line while employees socialize and one person deals with the miles long line. This place is a dump!
