This has to be the worst cvs I've been to. The manager is extremely rude and can't seem to get a handle on something as simple as checking people out in an orderly manner. Really pathetic.

I went to cvs main st to buy a container for laboratory samples, or surprise they don't sell ?♀️ I was speechless as to how it is possible that such a large pharmacy doesn't have something so simple. Well, what can I expect every time I come to this CVS, I have a bad experience, and they will wonder why I keep going because it is close to me.How about cvs

Pharmacy is a nightmare be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes in this store when picking up a prescription. I will be changing to another Pharmacy thats not CVS.

Very clean and organized place, it's quick in and out process is amazing. I work right next door and it serve all my needs every time in need something, whether its for home or for work, I can count on CVS to be there..Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Can never get anyone on the phone, and then they hang up on you if you do and in need of your prescriptions. All the staff should be fired. Complete disgrace. Changing to another pharmacy.

Convenient bc they have a 24 hour pharmacy, however, beware they move extremely slow, are unprofessional, and offer poor customer service.Went to pick up a RX, I was sent to the consultation counter where I had to wait while the rep at the counter continued to have a personal conversation with the person in front of me. The line behind me at the consultation counter is building and the rep is in no rush to move any faster with her personal conversation.I finally get to the counter for my turn, they add the insurance to the RX, and I’m told I have to pay a few hundred $$ due to having a high deductible plan. I request to add a GoodRX coupon to reduce the cost, which I’ve done before at other CVS locations. Was told I couldn’t use it in conjunction with insurance. Okay, so I request to remove the insurance from the system and use the coupon. Can’t use the coupon on the name brand drug. I was being told I have to pay $300 when I know I can get it for $100 using a coupon.If I had not asked further questions, I would have….- paid $300 out of pocket- walked away without a RX bc of the costBC I asked questions….- they confirmed there was another RX sent in by my doctor for the non name brand RX- the coupon could be applied to the generic brand drug- I could walk out with my RX for $100You may not be given all the info you need to make an informed decision regarding your prescriptions, payment, and coverage. Make sure you ask questions and then ask more questions and then ask more questions. Remember: You are your best advocator!

This pharmacy staff gets a ZERO for unprofessionalism and rudeness. How are 5 people working and can't manage a line? And drive-thru is ALWAYS closed. That a poor management of available resources. GET IT TOGETHER!

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. The pharmacists are not only incredibly rude, but they'll also give you the run-around about filling your prescriptions. And the pharmacists apparently think they know more than the doctors that prescribe your medication. If you're a chronic pain patient or have had any major surgeries that require you to be on pain medication for longer than 6 weeks then do not use this pharmacy! They will make filling your prescriptions hell and still refuse to fill them!

This review is for the Pharmacy.Absolute mess. The pharmacy manager is unprofessional. I decided not to return to this location for pharmaceutical needs. It's not worth the headache and the hassle.

Customer service doesn’t answer the phone can’t get a hold of anybody at the pharmacy and the people that you do speak to are uninformed not friendly I’m done

Although CVS is a pharmacy and the pharmacy says it’s open 24 hours, they apparently close for breaks so if you arrive at 2pm, you have to wait 30 minutes for the pharmacist to come back. I’ve never seen this before.

Called the pharmacy for a prescription transfer, tried to get clarity on what I needed to do to get the tax transfer. The person in the pharmacy just hung up on me, no customer service.
