I had a highly disappointing experience with Jennifer, the store manager at CVS 16 Weyman Ave, New Rochelle, NY, who has supposedly worked there for 14 years. She was shockingly rude and dismissive during my phone call about a prescription, and her behavior was unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.
When I asked for clarification about the portal instructions, payment, and pick-up process, she refused to help and instead passed the blame onto IT or corporate. Her unwillingness to assist was both unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, Jennifer made it clear she didn’t want to deal with me, stating it was “three minutes before closing” and calling me a “difficult customer.”
If she dislikes her job so much, perhaps she should consider a role that doesn’t involve interacting with the public. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism, and it’s concerning that someone with this attitude is representing CVS.
I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future interactions with customers are handled with more professionalism and care.

while visiting the CVS New Rochelle, my shopping experience was extremely pleasant, all items were in stock and the location was well stock, there were few sales associates, however the products were available to select from. only issue I seen was no security or loss prevention officer was present

Waited for 40 minutes to speak to the pharmacy and the pharmacist hung up on me mid-sentence while I was asking a question about my prescription.
Shocked, don't use this pharmacy.

I’ve gone to this cvs for my prescriptions for years now. As of late I have been EXTREMELY disappointed with the service. I went 3 weeks ago to pick up a prescription, turns out they did not have it so they had to order it. I was told it would come in the following day. A week later I went in to pick it up and yet again I was told they did not have it. It is now a week later and still no refill!! This is ridiculous. 3 weeks and still no progress on refilling my meds. I am also currently on hold and have been on hold for over 25 minutes now with no one to picking up the phone. If you can get your prescriptions refilled elsewhere I would highly suggest it because this cvs pharmacy had gone down hill. Super frustrating.

horrible been at weyman ave cvs almost 20 years this year is terrible 3 scripts last week was to be ready & went there not ready say out of stock on my heart meds. now this week my doc called in tues now sat nothing still process. call them on hold 40 min call back another 40min i finally called cvs fri corporate offfice & filled complaint they couldnt even get them on the phone ! going today to see if i can get my script my doc called in on tuesday. i am thinking to leave cvs & find a different pharmacy. pretty sad

Vaccine appointment VERY slow. I arrived at 11:20 for my 11:30am vaccine appointment, and checked in at the pharmacy. The pharmacist asked me to wait in the vaccine area. She puttered around doing this and that in the pharmacy area for 10 minutes...15 minutes...20 minutes...30 minutes...yes, a whole 40 minutes later I got my vaccine, which took all of 1 minute to administer. There was no-one else waiting for a vaccine and the pharmacist did not speak to or assist any other customers while I was waiting. Why did I have to wait so long?! A frustrating experience. I will not book a vaccine appointment here again.

Cvs pharmacy is the worst. I renewed a prescription 7 days ago and nobody called me. Came to the store to find out that the store did not fill the prescription. Was told to come back in a few days. What a joke. What is the purpose of refilling a prescription on line when they don’t do it
