I just have to say the customer service is brilliant . We went with the mentality to get something with the budget we had and he give us so many options , we end up going over our budget but totally worth it .Thanks to Prince we had ways to be able to afford it .Not only that he went out of his way to come all the way to our home to make sure our sofa was set up properly !!!So happy now me and my family have our favorite furniture store .We would be buying more things for sure !!!Thank you prince again you are great

Phenomenal Customer Service! I must be honest, I’m often a hard customer; I’m indecisive and very particular. Prince was patient and kind throughout the whole process. I absolutely love couch and a king size bed I purchased from Direct Furniture. The delivery was quick and the gentleman set up both pieces within an hour! Can’t wait to purchase a fireplace tv stand.(This is the bed I ordered, I wish I can show you mine bedroom because this picture doesn’t do it justice)
