“Katy is the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at any mobile service store and I have been to plenty and they have all disappointed. But on this occasion at this metroPCS store, I was blessed with Katy’s kindness, helpfulness, and efficiency. I can’t tell you how much I needed her in this moment with the lost phone situation I was in, I was on the verge of tears. She helped me work around every single obstacle being placed on us when calling metroPCS and T-Mobile agents to get to the end goal mission of transferring my old phone number to my new service/phone. She made my day and restored my faith in humanity ? Thank you Katy ?”

The guy was very nice and helpful he checked the condition of my phone told me like about 30 minutes and gave a reasonable price. Also, explain about the product he would using on my phone and the comparison of the price if he use the original Apple products. Thank you so much for the service no wonder why it has very good reviews. ??”

“I had an excellent experience at this Boost Mobile store and wanted to share how impressed I am with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their outstanding customer service. The team went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and help me find the best solution for my needs without any pressure. It's rare to find a store where employees genuinely care about their customers, but that's exactly what I experienced here. The store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, respectful, and eager to help. They made the entire experience simple and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. In my opinion, this is the best cell phone store in town. The combination of excellent customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism sets them apart from other stores. I left feeling completely satisfied and confident with my purchase and service. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to do business with this store in the future. I will also be recommending this Boost Mobile store to my friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable mobile service and exceptional customer care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a positive experience. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

They had actually reserved the last jersey for the owner, but they were kind enough to give it to me since they were out of my size. Their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this place for any electronic needs, like phone repair. They will definitely take care of you.”

“Prisco did a highly professional job in completing my complex order for several appliances. Their sales team was highly patient in understanding my requirements and ensured that everything was fitting well and delivered on time, even stopped by my home to identify what would work best for me. The installation team went the extra mile to resolve issues with my setup. I don't think I would have been able to complete my order if I went with the big box retailers. Highly recommend!”
