When I called to make an appointment, they had really good customer service skills. It was also so easy to make an appointment. When I picked him up, he looked exactly like the photo I showed them of how I wanted him to look! Ziggy will be back😊

Really lovely experience where they didn’t keep my dog all day— start to finish was three hours— and she was so happy when I picked her up; it was clear the staff had been super kind to her. Will be back!
