At 5 p.m., there was only 1 cashier. He was trying his best to work quickly, BUT the line was really long. It took about 15 minutes for someone to help him. They had other employees walking around doing nothing. SMH

I see why contractors are taking their businesses elsewhere. For customer service, rude customer service.

Poor service, stocking shelves or chit-chating know nothing staff when as where is a product twice in one visit different areas of the store. If it was not for HD website I would have been mislead in addition to asking about a specific product.
