Closed all registers and put self check out. The line was from one end to opposite end of store? Why is it 99% self checkout? Maybe 50/50? I will not go back. Home depot account for lowe's account sounds good. They have people helping every isle. Years of great home depot are gone for self checkout and people do not know how so lines are absolutely ridiculous. Open registers and we'll be back. Update now 100% are self checkout with a 150 foot line from one side to the other. I'm going to Lowe's in ridge Hill yonkers

THE NASTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I unfortunately had the experience of having Kaylah as my cashier, she was SO DISRESPECTFUL and SO NASTY. She overcharged me for a plumbing item and then I after I realized she refused to fix it, not only that she started to harass me outside of the work place and stalk my SOCIAL MEDIA and harass me saying I almost made her lose her job, she stalked me and told me she was my "senpai" I'm not even sure what that is and then she proceeded to say that she will "do something bad" if I didn't go back to this Home Depot and give her a good review and open a credit card. The worst part is management did nothing regarding her employment. I was devastated to see her still working at this Home Depot. As long as Kaylah is there I refuse to show up again.

Post-covid this Home Depot has really gone down hill. Never brought back self check-out, workers chatting away instead of working, lines longer than any other store, etc… Currently waiting in line for 30 minutes and only halfway through the line. Much rather go to the Port Chester or Stamford one. New Rochelle management needs some major work.

Poor service, stocking shelves or chit-chating know nothing staff when as where is a product twice in one visit different areas of the store. If it was not for HD website I would have been mislead in addition to asking about a specific product.

If I could give a 0, I would. The employees, if you can even find one, are as lackadaisical and unmotivated as I’ve ever seen. Worse, there are so few workers that if you put in an order for pickup, it may be 5 days before it’s ready. (Really, this happened to me. I place the order on the 2nd and the as notified on the 7th that it was ready and no, it was not a holiday). The store is in complete disarray, products can’t be found, stock listed is a phantom number (32 of an item were listed and the employees and manager couldn’t find a single one!)I didn’t realize how bad the store was until I went to a ‘good’ Home Depot where the employees were courteous and helpful, the store was clean and organized and my order was ready in under 2 hours.Stay away from the New Rochelle Home Depot… or better yet, go to Lowe’s at Ridge Hill!
