DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! Customer service is terrible (multiple calls and emails to finance managers not returned), pressure tactics, borders on being unethical, they have thwarted a refund of warranty cancellation for a month and will not return emails or calls. Reporting to Better Business Bureau. Shop elsewhere

Ask for Mike (Michael Aviles, Senior Sales Consultant), he deserves the commission. He really makes you feel at home whether you're in the dealership show floor or taking the car for a test drive. He tries his best to work with you within your budget. While we did not get a deal going through, him and the sales managers Billy and Javier were all very calm and chill individuals to interact with. They did not have a pushy demeanor, and were some of the more honest salespeople I have had the pleasure of interacting with. The only reason I knocked off one star however is because even though we could not work out a deal, I continued to receive calls multiple times a day from this dealership claiming that a deal could be worked out, and they were willing to reach towards my offer. However, upon speaking to a sales manager directly they told me that the offer they already gave me was the best offer they could manage. This conflicting information, and refusal to disclose any negotiations over the phone despite already visiting the dealership twice for the same car (New Rochelle is a good distance away from me) left me a little sour. However, upon requesting to no longer be contacted about the vehicle in question, they let up.
Overall, great solid experience. I knew friends who have purchased Civics from them and they also had great experiences with them. Would recommend. They don't waste your time, and are pretty upfront and direct with everything.

Another 5-star experience at Honda of New Rochelle. This is my 4th vehicle from them and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Hats off to Roni and Billy for their partnership and professionalism.

Disappointed by lack of transparency
I called and spoke with Rodrigo about a 2022 Honda Accord Sport SE they had listed. I explained that I was a serious buyer and simply wanted to confirm the out-the-door price before coming in. Rodrigo refused to discuss any details or engage in any dialogue unless I came to the dealership in person.
I understand dealerships prefer to finalize deals onsite, but refusing to provide basic pricing information over the phone or email feels unprofessional and makes the process less transparent for buyers who are genuinely ready to purchase.

Honda of New Rochelle I gave them one star very disappointed with them this year. I brought my car in. I had to bring it in twice. They did not follow up with me about the part that I needed for my car take it back to them two times and still it was not fixed the manager there seems to be OK but they let me drive. They did not even tell me that my warranty didn’t cover it. I advised you not to go there.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Honda of New Rochelle thanks to Edgar. He helped us purchase our new 2026 Honda minivan, and the entire process was quick and stress-free. Edgar was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. He made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way and truly went above and beyond.
If you're looking for someone who is patient, honest, and attentive, ask for Edgar. We couldn’t be happier with our experience or our new car. Highly recommend!

Okay first off Honda of New Rochelle is split into two offices: one for used/preowned and the other for new vehicles. With that being said, me and my wife were treated extremely well by Gerson Perez our salesman, the team and Miguel Mercedes the finance manager (big shoutout)! If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would and highly recommend it...if you're in the market for a new Honda, no pressure and no underhanded dealer tactics whatsoever and they even offered me more for my trade than previously thought so again I recommend Honda of New Rochelle!

I had a great experience at Honda of New Rochelle! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. My sales counselour Demarie, took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I have had the vehicle for a week now and I can definitely say I do not regret my choice not one bit! I really appreciated how transparent and honest Demarie was and I did not feel no pressure, just helpful service. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Honda!
