I paid a $1,000 to get a new battery & installation of that battery and I was told it had a warranty. A year and a half later it doesn't work and I am told that there is no warranty. The atmosphere focuses on getting money significantly over connecting customers to great service. If the prices are going to be high the service should match and it doesn't.

I highly recommend that if anyone planning on buying a vehicle from this dealership that you see a salesman by the name of Alex Guzman, I bought a vehicle from him and I was so impressed by his mannerisms, professionalism and knowledge this young man possesses. This dealership should feel fortunate to have Alex in their staff. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

With any business, what means to me more is honesty. At Jaguar of New Rochelle, that’s the vibe I got at the dealership. I felt how they wanted to make you feel that the car was in great hands and you as the customer felt at home while waiting. This was an amazing feeling. Thank you for making the experience feel amazing.

I used on online referral service called Autonation, which accepted my honest description of the condition of my used car (a 2019 Lexus UX250h) that I wanted to sell, and then referred me to Jaguar New Rochelle with a written offer to purchase the car for a specific price. We made an appointment and traveled in two cars across the bridge to New Rochelle to the dealership to complete the sale. When we arrived, they refused to honor the written offer, and instead tried to reduce the price by $7,500. They falsely claimed the car smelled from smoke (no one in my family smokes, and we do not allow anyone to smoke in our home or cars), that one of the rims was damaged (it merely showed some scuffs from parking, but even if it needed to be replaced the retail price for OEM from Lexus is $500 and I am certain that this dealership buys its parts wholesale), and that the paint was damaged (it was not). We left after having wasted an entire morning and paying four roundtrip tolls. After searching online, we found similar complaints from others, confirming that this is their modus operandi. They are scam artists. Avoid!

The man of the hour is Brandon. He’s so great at his job in the service department!! I feel like family whenever he is Around. And no matter what I bring my car in for, he makes sure it gets and exterior detail.

I sold my Mini Cooper S to the dealership through Autonation. Autonation was great and easy to use. But the representatives at this dealership- Jaguar Larchmont/New Rochelle were not helpful. I was advised that the sale of the car would take 45-90 minutes. I arrived at 3:30pm and left at 6:30pm after hearing "5 more minutes" way too many times. I was supposed to be heading directly to a different dealership to pick up my car, but they took so long to make the deal- that I had to cancel that pick up and rearrange things for another day (now without a ride and with a poor friend who had to wait for me in the parking lot for 2 hours). If this was the worst part, I would have moved on. Buying/selling cars always takes more time than they say. But I had mistakenly left my garage door opener in my car when I sold it. It was my mistake - I get it. If they told me it was unrecoverable, I would have moved on quickly. But I called the very next morning once I realized. They said they would look for it, it happens all the time, and it wasn't a problem. I called back before closing and Ryan, one of the salesmen who helped with the sale of the Mini, said he had it. He told me he would mail it to me the next day. A week later, I called to inquire about the status and was told they didn't have it at all. Told me they would call down and have someone check, have the GM check, blah blah blah, and they would call me to let me know. At this point, I knew they didn't care anymore. They never called back. I called again and left a message on their vociemail. I emailed. Never received a callback or an email response. I called the next day and spoke to a different salesman who said he would look into it for me. Finally, two weeks after the sale - I was told by the original salesman Ryan, that I must have the garage door opener in a briefcase at home... I had called and told them exactly where it was less than 24 hours after I made the sale and they told me they had it, but that apparently was a mistake... also, it was my only way in and out of the garage, so I definitely had it exactly where it always was- in the car... not in a briefcase in my home. Long story short - terrible service, they give you the run around instead of being straightforward, and everything takes way longer than it should.

I received a quote for a car I was trying to sell on Autonation.com, with instructions to bring the car to Jaguar Larchmont/New Rochelle for appraisal and to finalize the sale. Not only was this process unnecessarily complicated, the staff at this dealership was totally incompetent. I'm not sure what it is about car dealerships that requires you to be smug, rude and stupid to be hired. After keeping us waiting for HOURS, Nick eventually told us that we'd have to wait overnight to get our check due to some mysterious technical issue. He assured us we'd have it by 10 am the following day. Not a word from Nick the next day, so I eventually called in the afternoon to be told that it would be coming by 4 pm. This new information was only communicated to me after I called and asked. No one felt the need to keep us in the loop about the fact that they owed us nearly $11k and had the title of the car. 4:50 pm I called again and Nick IMMEDIATELY told me that it would "be an overnight process" to get the check. They claimed that, because the check never printed, they needed 24 hours to stop payment on a check (that didnt exist) before they'd be willing to issue a new one. This, of course, makes no sense. Once again this new information was only offered when I called them. Nick had the audacity to claim he learned this seconds before my call. When I asked what could be done to expedite the process he told me "go to Florida and pick up the check." The next day there is once again NO word from the dealer, so I called again to see what was going on and Nick told me HE HAD THE CHECK and felt NO need inform us. All new information communicated to me came ONLY because I went out of my way to request it. Nick felt no need to communicate anything to me throughout this entire process. A few days later I'm informed by my bank that they had STOPPED PAYMENT on this check - so all of our bill payments bounced, and now we are without car insurance for 24 hours. The dealer doesn't give a s**** They haven't even expressed any sort of sympathy or remorse, and seem to genuinely expect us to wait another unknown period of time for another check that may or may not be good. We had to threaten to call the police to get anyone's attention. Why would they have stopped payment on this check, if the issue was a check that never printed? Clearly something (besides the money) is being kept from us. Nick is totally incompetent and snide. His job can be done by a digital camera, and still he struggles. He made no effort to communicate or follow up whatsoever. I had to nag him like the mother of a teenage dropout.
