Very courteous, very professional. They were on time and moved everything we asked from our cargo van and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend them. We will be moving with them again.

Jeff and the team are truly the best. From the initial first call to them moving my things from my apt to storage. They even went to my old storage and removed my things, packed everything carefully in the truck and unloaded everything.If you are looking for a moving company that cares, Kinetics Moving is the right one. They honestly made me happy and proud that I did not procrastinate anymore. They are professional , genuine and kind. Just do it and I swear you won't regret. Kindness goes a long way and if you ever knew what it felt like to be overwhelmed with stuff, here is your answer.....Kinetics is the key to get out of your way and just do it....I did and I am very happy. James from Kinetics Moving exhibited exceptional professionalism and efficiency. He promptly arrived, securely packed all my belongings, and effortlessly loaded them onto the truck and elevator. He then carefully transported each item to its assigned destination. I highly recommend considering Kinetics Moving because they are a reliable moving company with extensive expertise.

Kinetics Moving was such a God sent for my recent move. My move was assigned to a young man, James, who was extremely patient, flexible, and careful. He was very innovative in ensuring all my furniture and moving boxes were tightly secured for my trip from NYC to TX. I would highly recommend this company! 10/10

I used Jeff and his staff with my move upon their arrival I was so stressed and Jeff calmed me down as his team to charge. They all had the upmost respect for me and my family. My experience with Kinetics Moving Co., has been a great experience. Moving is not an easy task it can be very stressful and overwhelming making sure that everything is in order and hoping your valuables will be handled properly. Well! I was amazed at the way Kenetic Moving Co., handled the entire Moving process from packing, transporting and unpacking. They made me feel so stress free. They were professional, friendly and they made sure before they were done that my Moving experience was much more than I expected. I highly recommend them. If I ever had to move or relocate again. Kinectics Moving Co., would be my first and only choice

Warning: Avoid hiring this company at all costs.Our decision to engage this moving company for a comprehensive service, including packing, moving, and unpacking, turned into an unmitigated disaster. The owner arrived a staggering three hours late at 1 pm, contrary to the agreed 10 am schedule. This tardiness was exacerbated by their arrival in a small truck, despite having assessed our belongings a month prior, and lacking the essential boxes and equipment necessary for the job. Consequently, we were compelled to insist on additional boxes and a second truck. Upon arrival to our new place, the owner had our boxes outside under the rain.The moving process dragged on relentlessly until 4 am the following day, leaving us utterly exhausted and compelled to halt the unpacking process prematurely. To add insult to injury, the audacity of the owner to request a tip was utterly unacceptable.Upon initiating the unpacking process, we discovered extensive damage to some of our belongings due to insufficient cushioning during packing. Despite repeated attempts to seek compensation for the damages through multiple ignored emails, we have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or resolution.

The owner of this company has a lot to learn.1. They forfeit to come out and walk the 1 bedroom apartment. and was happy with photos smh.2.The owner of the company estimated the 1 bed room apartment wrong the guys showed up with 1 truck for a old 1000sqf apartment move.3. Showed up late at 10am when they was supposed to be there at 8 am .4. Had to go rent another truck to complete the job.5. This was a 4 man job, only 2 showed up the owner and a helper. The helper walked away because he was over worked .6. It took the owner of the company 4 hours to secure more manpower. when the extra guys came, one of them walk away from the job.7. The point of this review is, this company took 2 days to move my mother things. I will not used this company and I truly doubt these previous reviews based all the way this company handles their business. Also the owner of this company had the energy to not discount this move which he lost because i understand how this moving business operate.

Professional, responsive, and great value - what else can I say? Jeff and his team came through for us in a pinch. The logistics of my move were highly technical and complicated. I was constantly trying to pin down moving dates. Despite all that, he patiently worked through the details with us. He maneuvered a very large truck through Manhattan and helped us unload a lot of delicate antiques. If you're looking for movers with good work ethic who take pride in their work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kinetic Movers!

We needed a relocation of our office from Manhattan to New Rochelle and everything was done efficiently. David and his team are professionals; they made sure to wrap all of the office furniture properly and pack everything in padded boxes before transporting. Reasonable price and pleasant, coordinated crew. We'll be moving with Kinetics Moving again for sure.
