This place is fantastic! Everyone I spoke with was helpful, and accommodating. Marcus went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs through texts and phone calls and the repair work was flawless! My Lexus looked brand new! I can’t recommend this place enough! I took my brand new 2024 BMW X4 xDrive30i to LASER FRAME AND BODY REPAIR located in New Rochelle, New York due to my car sustaining severe damage when it was hit in the back by another vehicle. When I arrived at LASER FRAME AND BODY REPAIR, I was immediately welcomed by Martin and I informed him of the issues pertaining to my car. A very nice young man by the name of Marc inspected my car and issued me a typewritten Preliminary Estimate of the damages that were done to my car. Marc throughly informed me of the work that was going to be performed on my car and he kept me informed throughout the entire time my car was being repaired. When the repairs on my car were complete, my car was simply beautiful and it was just like brand new all over again. Thank you so much Martin, Marc, Domingo, Ms. Nora and the entire Staff at LASER FRAME AND BODY REPAIR for your sincere kindness, friendliness and utmost professionalism throughout this entire process.

My second time using Laser Frame, return customer because of excellent service. Nora does a fantastic job of walking clients through the claims and repairs process. They also offer drop off and return assistance of rental cars (thank you Marc!) which saved me hours.

Laser Frame provided outstanding customer service and work from my very first call where Nora at the front desk answered all my questions through the time I picked up my vehicle. Marcus kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and also helped answer my questions. Laser Frame performed excellent work on my car, it looks brand new!! If/when you need auto body repair, I highly recommend Laser Frame!

I cannot say enough good things about Laser Frame! Martin (owner) and his worker Marcus were amazing. They provided white glove service feom beginning to end. Nora told me that I could drop my Lexus off at the White Plains Lexus dealer and they would pick my car up that day. Marcus called me with updates and he delivered my fixed car to my front door and also returned my rental car to Enterprise. My damage was on both sides and now it looks line a brand new car! If you need body work, don’t use anyone else!!
