My Lexus dealer recommended Laser Frame because they are authorized by Lexus to work on their cars and I am glad I used them when someone hit my Lexus from behind. Initial inspection was quick and they saw other damage I did not even see. They also fixed other dings other extra stuff. I picked up car nicely washed and detailed inside and out, looks better than the day I picked it from the dealer. Got a white glove service on this one and I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. After a bad accident in my 2024 Lexus , laser frame and all its employees, especially Marc who personally took care of all of my needs, and went above and beyond. Service from check in, to helping with the insurance claim, and finished results was a five star service. They come highly recommended. My car was towed from PA. The towing company was behind schedule and Domingo stayed on Saturday to receive me car. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, communicated with our insurance company and helped get us back on the road. Domingo was responsive, professional and honest! Great crew at Laser Frame! Traveled from NJ to have my car repaired by a Lexus certified shop, was worth the trip. Had a great experience with the entire team. Amazing work and service! When I got into an accident with my Lexus LC500, there was no question where I was going to take it to get repaired. A quick call to Laser Frame and they promptly coordinated a tow truck to pick up my car and take it from NYC to their shop in New Rochelle. They communicated with my insurance company on the claim and took care of everything. All I had to do was submit the claim and given them the claim #, they handled the rest without issue! Marty and Craig communicated with me clearly and frequently and kept me updated along the way. They even finished in less time than was estimated. And the work was superb. Not only did they fix the main areas of damage, but they took care of a bunch of more minor dings and scratches and repainted the entire car. In the end, it looks brand new again! Can't say enough about how painless they made the process, the exceptional quality of their work, and how well they communicated. I would give them 6 stars if I could. If your Lexus needs body work, don't go anywhere else. Take it here, you won't regret it. They even returned my rental car I had got through the insurance company for me when I picked up the Lexus after the repairs. Thanks Marty, Craig, and the Laser Frame team!

Laser Frame & Body Repair provided me with outstanding service. Communication from Mark(Consultant) was superb. He kept me in the loop from beginning to end. The repair job was done to my satisfaction, topped off with my car being fully detailed. I'm pleased with the overall service received. I highly recommend Laser Frame for all auto repair needs. I’ve been coming to Laser Frame & Body Repair for several years and I wouldn’t go any place else, they are absolutely amazing!!! Marty is really the best! He’s so very kind and understanding, and his staff is the same way! Marc kept me in the loop with everything going on with my car every step of the way! Marc was able to answer any questions or concerns, sent pictures of updates of my vehicle, and made sure everything was done correctly! I can not say enough positive about Marc with Laser Frame!!! From start to finish he contacted me immediately upon receiving my car. He kept me informed with texts and phone calls every step of the way. He is so detailed professional understanding and genuinely caring . He made the entire process smooth and easy. I took my car to get an alignment here and worked with Joe. He was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgable. I brought in a sports car that is difficult to align and Joe took his time with the process until it was perfect. Joe used his skills to set a slightly more aggressive alignment due to the fact that I sometime take this vehicle on track. The shop has great availability and fantastic service. The alignment is quick and easy, not to mention significantly cheaper than competitor shops. The 6am opening time is great if you need to get your car worked on before you head into work for the day. This is the second car they have aligned for me and I fully recommend them.
