Salutations to the staff at the new Rochelle location specially Bronson he was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the competitors rates because I was shopping around but he won me over. I recommend anybody looking for storage to come to this location they have a great staff and good specials on units..

She made me feel completely at ease in the environment, and her friendly demeanor, combined with a touch of humor, truly set the bar for outstanding customer service. Everything about my experience was top tier at this location. I booked and began moving into a unit within 15 minutes. The online set up took about 5 minutes to complete. I was able to get two months free and on top of that I received an affordable rate. The facility itself is clean. The employees are pleasant and I appreciate that the person who was there ran out to me after I left just to share with me the perks of renting a uhaul. Due to financial constraints it felt really good to get all of these deals. To pay less and not have to sacrifice quality. Also, the hours are convenient for my busy schedule.

Nancy the store manager was extremely helpful and very informative. Was able to give me a really good deal on my unit. It was also a really quick process over the phone. The facility is new and has amazing access hours.
