When it comes to business and accounting, 5 stars all the way. Ibanessa is such a great help, intelligent and very helpful. If you have business or personal, she has many tips to help you stay organized and ready for the next financial year and many services you think you didn't need but you need. The office is easily accessible, clean, and very cozy. Professional setting and very inviting. I felt at peace and amazing bringing my business here and would recommend to anyone. Let me start off by saying it has been a blessing to meet Ibanessa Hogan. Starting a business is a big step and I’m glad she was able to guide me through the whole process. We spoke on the phone, and at first she told me about the pricing then proceeded to give me options if I wasn’t able to afford her pricing. Her prices are more than fair, it cost money to make money. I met her and she explained everything so easily a child could understand. The process of setting up the LLC was easy. When my LLC was approved she contacted me to come in to review all of the documents it contained. It’s similar to reading the terms and agreements on anything super confusing but she went through everything and any questions I had she was as able to answer. I’m currently letting her take over the financial part of my business so I don’t have to worry about that side and I can focus on making money. I have random questions at times and she is always quick to answer within a few hours or less. She doesn’t just give a yes or no, she gives a detailed answer and goes over all the options I’m able to do. I’m so glad I have her on this business journey with me.

My company is a small mechanical and electrical contractor with business annual revenue varying from $250K to $2M and employees varying from 0 to 6.I would wear all the hats and had no other back-office employees to manage my Quick Books accounting. Ibanessa was hired by my boss to help train me while we were looking for a bookkeeper. We have multiple QB accounts for all of our companies which need to be maintained daily. Ibanessa provided high quality training, she was extremely knowledgeable of QB and all that it has to offer. Her attention to detail and willingness to understand our business has certainly built my confidence and skill level utilizing the software. I attended one of Ibanessa’s Quickbooks Trainings for beginners and met with her privately, as well, to help me set up my Quickbooks business account. She is an expert on Quickbooks. She is able to translate the accounting terminology so that us “laymen” can make sense of it. She also helped us to consider the pro’s and con’s of the online versus the desktop versions. Ibanessa is a valuable business consultant because she has a deep understanding of business and accounting processes beyond just Quickbooks. I highly recommend her as an business advisor.

I hired Ibanessa of Masterpiece Accounting to do my bookkeeping over a year ago and her accuracy and attention to detail is remarkable!
