Matthew Arroyo the definition of customer service PERFECTION. I felt out of place and desperate to get my car up and running asap and he walked me step by step went above and beyond his responsibilities. I'm extremely grateful for his service. Definitely looking for him next time.

If there was an option for less than one star that's what I would rate new Rochelle Chevrolet. Terrible business and very unprofessional. I ordered a Chevy suburban 6 months ahead of when my lease was up. Long story short they gave away the car to another customer and left me with no options. Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Do not go to new Rochelle chevy!!! My recommendation is to go to another dealership

I bought my vehicle here. The representative who attended me was patient and attentive to my preferences. The problem I have with this dealership is maintenance. When you book an appointment, this dealership will ask you to go to the service shop across the road. Apparently these shops don't communicate with each other well. When I went to the service shop across, I was told to go back to dealership. I was passed back and forth. I learned from the experience of others that they still have the same problem. Luckily I found a better service/maintenance Chevy Service Center in Webster Ave Gunhill Road. Since then, for years already, I never regretted going to Chevy Webster. They mean business. For buying, perhaps you may go to New Rochelle Chevy. For service/maintenance, go to Chevy Webster Ave. Gunhill Road.

I have been in the market for a Chevy Blazer. As a consumer, i shopped around the various dealerships and websites. At New Rochelle Chevrolet, not only were all my questions answered, but i felt at ease with the responses, thanks to their representative Eric Santos. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received all the data and information regarding the vehicle before I made my final decision to Greenlight my purchase. I recommend the dealership and staff without any reservations.

Everyone treated me very kind and was respectful. All my questions were answered and everything was explained to me in detail. The wait time was short and the technician was neat and courteous. I will be coming back in the future for all my chevy spark services.

Had a great experience with New Rochelle Chevy. Purchased my tahoe RST with very competitive pricing! These vehicles are tough to come by, but NR Chevy did not disappoint. The service department is horrendous. My car was lighting up with problems at least 4-5 issues (keep in mind) mainly because of the "breaks". Well I made an appointment to have it serviced and my car was there for a week to do basically nothing to it. When I went to pick it up my oil change was done yet not reset. And those 4-5 issues unresolved. The technician assigned let me know he ordered some parts for the car to bring it back in two weeks. Fine. But get this two weeks go by not one call from the dealer yet when I called I was told by some lady no notes are on file for any issues with the car and I don't need to bring it back. Like what?!! Either no one communicates anything there or someone is lying. Why work in car servicing if you don't wanna do your job? My advice don't waste your time or money. They lie instead doing their job and fixing the car. And will ignore your call when a clearly frustrated customer calls to get some form of answer after being scammed. Ridiculous place filled with wasted potential. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with New Rochelle Chevrolet was horrible!!! They called to tell me that we needed service for our Chevy Traverse so I made the appointment. I arrived and was told the service was free, but that I needed an air filter along with the free oil change, so I said okay along with a Cabin filter and a replacement windshield wiper for the back window. As I am talking to the service guy , I see the prices for the Cabin filter - $10, and the windshield wiper - $15, at the window so I'm thinking the extra should not be that much right!!!! WRONG!!! $260 was my total!!! I just made the car payment 2 days prior to this!!! Why not give the customers a heads-up about the payment before you do the work??? What if I didn't have the money to pay for it, were you going to keep the car and make me go home on the bus??? You need to do better New Rochelle Chevrolet!!!! Your customers deserve that much with all we have to pay for our vehicles!!!!

July 10 2023 I was scheduled for a recall appointment for my spark chevrolet at 7 30am. This was my first experience with this deal. At first, I was very upset as other cars were in front of me as they did not park at the available space. Although I was second in line I landed up being last as the other customer was taken first. I was very upset as I had arrived extra early so my car could be taken first. I was going to cancel the appointment when the service manager Anthony Cruz came out to speak with me. When i explained to him that I was not told that my car could be parked by the service garage as a result i went from first in line to last. He said he would get me an Uber ride to and from my home as the repair could take several hours. As it turned out I went home via uber. I was home for a short period of time when Anthony called to say my car was ready. He said he was able to get my car up on the wreck sooner than expected thus the repair was done. I was very pleased with the service I received and am now considering buying a car from this dealership. Mr. Cruz is a police professional who gave me excellent service. THANK YOU, MR. New Rochelle Chevrolet is a pleasure to work with. I’ve been a long-standing customer of theirs, and recently had a big repair done on my wife's 2017 Chevy Impala. We had a problem with the Air Conditioning Evaporator – it was blowing out hot air. When I took it in, the car was just out of the warranty period for the part. They worked with me, contacted General Motors directly, and insisted with GM that I receive valuable Reward Points to offset any future service -- 50K points worth $500.00! Everyone in the service department, especially Tommy, the Service Manager, was cooperative and cordial and went out of their way to make sure that the repair was done efficiently and correctly. They also gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was in for repair. The service staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. I trust them with my car as I know they will do the right thing. I look forward to continuing my long-term relationship with them!
