this place is seriously a joke. I don't have enough space to tell every single issue I have had at this location. from management on down. but today was the final straw ! on a day that it's pouring rain, the shuttle wouldn't drive me and extra .5 of a mile to my home. But they want me to spend $1000 there. You lost a customer. When I have more time I will right a longer review stating all the issues I've had at this location to warn others if there terrible service

5 stars to Willy! He was able to figure our the problem to our on going car issue! He treated me with respect, kindness and showed me compassion!He should be the only one you interact with at that dealership. He is truly a gem!

I took my Honda Insight 2022 to them for oil change and tire rotation. When I got there they automatically did a complimentary alignment check. It's computerized and it shows that my front wheels did not pass. I told them to go ahead and do a wheel alignment. They showed me a print out of what the computer analyzed. It cost about $250 for alignment alone. So I left and they will call me once the car is ready.So, after a few hours they called me and I went back to them. The guy (Bob) gave me the receipts, showing the price and what were the services done. I asked, "Bob, do we have a copy of the final alignment result? I need my copy showing that it's now aligned."Bob said something about a printer burn out, technical issues blah, blah. Very politely I said that we have a problem then because I need that.He went back and forth trying to retrieve it. He asked if I would accept a screen shot since the printer is not working. I said, of course!He came back minutes later showing me a screen shot of all Specs BEFORE alignment. So I asked where is the Specs AFTER it was aligned? He said, that's hard to retrieve since there's been hundreds of jobs done after they did mine. So very politely I said, "Bob, that's not acceptable. This is what I'll do. I'll take my car to another Honda dealer to do the alignment. I need you to take out the $250 because I'm not paying for it. My car in your screen is still not showing that it pass alignment." At the end, they removed the $250 charge after more than an hour of this back and forth. I thought that was very dishonest.

This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. You certainly will not be disappointed.

Traveling from Tennessee, I was naturally concerned when my car developed a power issue. This was the closest Honda dealership so I called for an appointment. From the beginning, they were responsive and informative. I got an appointment quickly but had to leave my car. The service tech I got was Erica. She laid out the possible costs up front and clearly. I had to leave my car for a full diagnostic, so I had to use their shuttle. What a nice perk!! The driver was efficient, friendly and the vehicle was clean. The shuttle returned for me the next day and brought me to the shop. My car was returned fully checked with the problem fixed. And when I got the bill, I was stunned at how reasonable it was. I have a wonderful Honda shop in Memphis Wolfchase area that has earned my trust over long association. It's comforting to know I have somewhere great to take my car whenever I'm in New Rochelle.

Joe Carusone blatantly told me a lie yesterday and clearly discriminated against a Veteran. He told me in front of two other people that Honda of New Rochelle does not honor USAA because they are a Credit Union; I clearly told him that USAA is not a Credit Union in anyway and that no one can tell a customer how they will be financing their vehicle. He then added, "we got burned about 4 years ago for $40K by a Credit Union--so we only take MCU here". Now, I know for a fact USAA, an extremely reputable financial institution never "burned" any car dealer. He offered to fill up my gas tank because I would not have visited their location if I would have been told over the phone "we don't take USAA". I do not want to waste anyone's time and or my own. A man next to Mr. Carusone, stated, "full disclosure, we make money off the loan that we finance". I told him I understand that, however your dealership makes money from any sale----because customers do not have to come here; they can go anywhere they want--right? He agreed. I then refused Mr. Carusone's "gas" and left the dealer---annoyed about what I was told. Maybe, 10 mins after leaving the dealership--Mr. Carusone called me and stated, "Ms. Taylor--I am sorry and I want to apologize--my General Manager informed me that was definitely honor USAA---I am so sorry---that was on me---if you need anything please come back to dealership and I will take care of you---however there is a No Sale right now for all Pre-owned/Certified Honda Pilots". I heard what he said and ended the call.Why didn't Mr. Carusone speak to his GM while I was in the dealership standing in front of him? What made him speak to his GM about me anyway? I already left the property. And he was very certain that USAA was a Credit Union; which it is not---he could have googled that if he was confused in anyway. I have been contacted twice so far by Honda of New Rochelle since I visited their showroom on 6/20/23. I will not being doing business with HONDA OF NEW ROCHELLE; they have a very dishonest way of doing business---if my review helps any Veteran and or USAA member let me know:

I've been a satisfied customer for years. Last week I had the car serviced, bought 4 new tires, drove off and was dismayed to see the low tire pressure light go on. I turned it off; it went back on. I called Willie Vesey, Service Manager. I brought the car in; he saw to it everything was thoroughly checked, recalibrated where necessary. Then Gabriel test-drove it. No light since. I am grateful for such diligent service.

Godfrey Asante, Thomas O'Shea, and John Perez worked with and for us way past business hours where other employees were probably home in the comfort of being with loved ones. They were relentless getting us the best deal possible!!! I have no idea why this app will only let me give them a 4 Star rating when they Truly Deserve A 10!!!

Worst service! My rep Michael started taking another customer's service order and I stood there waiting as he talked over me. My car was due for an inspection, and he calls me that my "car is ready, come pick it up". As I paid and drove off, I noticed no new inspection sticker. I had to drive back and tell him nothing was done. He then advises what to do and has sarcastic comments and blaming me, the customer, for him not doing his job. Zero customer appreciation. Stressful experience. Wasting time and money here. Disappointing Honda experience.

This is the wrost place to take your car for service no one cares if you make a complaint waited for more then 3hours to service my car which never got serviced and they held my car cause i told that i didnt want them to service it there

I took my HRV for service w apptmn and they told me 3 hours It took 3 1/2 hrs to get my car back and advisor M Barrett over charged me thanks to the nice girl to redo my bill. 3 days after my car says needs oil change! Did they do it? Just forgot to set computer? I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed

I made appointments online for two vehicles. When I looked for available slots, there were many. That should've been a warning sign. We arrived with both vehicles a little after 7 AM. This was my first time using their service center. For the car that only needed the inspection, it took 3 HOURS. For my car which required an inspection, oil change and brake fluid replacement, it took 9 HOURS. However, I mentioned that I mentioned a sensor warning would occasionally come on. Instead of performing the inspection first, they reset my sensors. Due to this action, I was no longer able to get an inspection that day. In the span of nine hours, they reset my sensors, performed an oil change and replaced brake fluid. When I asked about the lengthy wait, the representative said that he told me my car would not be ready until 3 PM. That was a bold face lie. I would've never dropped my car off for that length of time. Due to this experience, I will never purchase a vehicle from this location, because it would mean that I would have to deal with their service department. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
