It is appreciated for its friendly and helpful staff who assist visitors with library cards and inquiries, making it a welcoming environment. The library is open seven days a week, making it convenient for many visitors. It also features a library parking lot and is located next to a park that hosts summer events and activities, adding to its appeal. Recent renovations have improved the look of the library, though some areas show signs of wear and could benefit from further upgrades. The library is a great resource for exploring reading skills, participating in programs, and accessing community services. However, some visitors find the noise level high due to children and babies in the children's section, which can make studying difficult despite the library’s many positive features.
Sandra upstairs was so helpful and kind!! I was unsure how to use the print service as this was my first time in the library and she was so quick to take care of me! Such a kind person!

I come here to fax 📠 important paperwork sometimes, when I need to and they have great customer service. Just have to pay for parking which is about $1 but totally worth it. Clean and professional!!

I enjoyed spending my time at New Rochelle library. The staff was very polite and helpful. Great place for children to go and explore their reading skills and other programs offered for young readers and teens. Explore New Rochelle library! kudos ???
