I have ordered from this location a couple times over the past years & went tonight to try the new , limited time garlic stuffed crust. The customer service to pick up the food was pretty good, the guy getting my pizza and giving it to me was friendly and through to make sure I got the right order. The garlic stuffed crust was not amazing , but it was not bad.

Well the truth is I called 1 hour and two minutes ago and I didn't get my order even though it is close to my house the service is terrible I always called to order but not anymore

pizza here is made fresh! Friendly service every time. The storefront is clean and clear of dust/flour like other papa John locations. Spectacular, will visit again soon!

This place is terrible. Do not eat from here. I went online and ordered a small pizza and boneless wings. The first time the driver came my order was completely wrong( no pizza and wrong chicken). I call the store and explain the situation, the manager sends a new order.. the second time the driver drops my food on the floor as soon as he opens the bag and just stands there looking at me as if I did something wrong. The driver then tells me he will bring me more chicken with no charge because he dropped it on the floor. An hour later I get a call from doordash and two young boys show up to my house and they are expecting me to pay, mind you the first driver already explained I would not need to spend anymore money. I call the store back because I am confused as to what is going on and the manager was no help. Not to mention my food was cold and dry. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. They clearly do not care about their customers.

The cashier is really nasty like she hates her job her customer service sucks I wouldn't recommend or go here... I keep trying to give papa' John a chance and everywhere I go there's someone just like that Smfh HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERFECT WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worst place to order pizza from, first and last time I order here. Never received my order, driver was at the wrong location, called manager and said it was not his problem and nothing he can do to get my pizza. I had a email confirmAtkin of the order with correct address and still managed to go else where. Management sucks and do nothing to help you solve the issue instead curses at you.
