We scheduled an appointment using the Quest app and filled out the appropriate pre-check paperwork. Upon arrival, the location was locked. There was no sign on the door, no email or phone call notifying us of a cancellation, nothing in the app to tell us the location was "temporarily closed"...it was only by calling the number for the site while in a queue that we realized the locked office was not going to open the day of our scheduled appointment. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Phlebotomist was the only staff there on the day on which I ws there. She refused to share the wifi password. She averaged 20 min./client w/a lot of talking & joking.

Never got results from blood test. After 2 hours on chat and phone, they told me I needed to go back and get test done again.

Please avoid!! They only performed half of the labs ordered for my daughter now she has to have the blood drawn again. I stupidly went back here for convenience after they let her walk out a few monthly ago, after a large draw, and she passed out in the parking lot. Also, no one will acknowledge or speak to you if you do not have an appt and are checked in. Even if they see you standing there to just ask a question.

I had an appointment, checked in at least 15 minutes earlier and waited almost 45 minutes to be seen. Patients who checked after my scheduled time was taken in before me. When I tried to speak to the employee I was ignored the first time. The second time I asked “why haven’t I been called?” I was told I checked in late. Once I explained I did she said let me check. She went in the back and came back and called me in. I waited extra time unnecessarily.

The tech was amazing. The blood draw was painless (which is very rare in my unfortunately extensive experience) and so incredibly nice. Be forewarned though, the facility is pretty rundown.

Avoid this place. Staff is extremely rude. Horrible patient experience. Go to another Quest location.

The place feels dirty. They don’t have a human by the front desk. I was on time for my appointment but a lady before me took about 20 minutes fidgeting with the sign-in machine and when it was finally my turn the machine did not accept my sing-in because I was “late” Glad in the end I didn’t get my blood test done there because the place is sketchy af!

Had an early AM appt & arrived to a sign taped on the door stating the location was closed for maintenance reasons. They texted me at 6:47 am with an appt checkin reminder, so they should also be able to proactively contact me when the location is closed. I feel for everyone who scheduled labs today, took time off work, and will be inconvenienced by this inconsiderate business.

This place is run so poorly. No matter how many times my scripts have been sent they never have them. There has to be a better way of organizing this business. I will never use this place again the waiting time is terrible because they do not have enough staff. This is the place doctors send you they better rethink this. There has to be a place close that is better

Net net, an unpleasant experience.
The building is pretty beat up.
The front desk area is strange.
The tech to sign in worked very well- that was efficient.
The employee working at it reminded me of Johnny Tyler, the big mouthed card dealer from Tombstone. I hope you don't have to ask a question.
The nurse who took the blood was nice though didn't do a great job since she didn't take enough blood for one of the vials..

Terribbleeeee. Slow, rude, they dont help at all when you have a question, don’t answer the phone. Do not accommodate walk ins whatsoever. Good at drawing the blood, but hell to get to that point.

I was afraid to go there after I saw those negative reviews. However I decided to go. I was so surprise when I went today. I just wait 2 minutes in waiting room and nice nurse came to get me and she took my blood. She was super nice and so positive! I didn't feel pain when she wast taking my blood! I do recommend that place!
