I've ordered MealPrep (MealPrep specific and off the regular menu) three times so far.I was experiencing major burnout and just losing the will to cook which typically means the only other option is junk food/food made extremely unhealthy.This place has been the awesome boost I needed right now. The food is good, the portions are perfect, I'm hitting all my protein targets and getting a little break from hours in the kitchen. It's not food drenching in oil and covered in cheese, its simple healthy food.

honestly was super disappointed. It’s always nice to have a macro friendly option that is on the faster side.The options are endless which I appreciated. I was told 15 minutes and waited 30 which was fine but was disappointed when I realized my food was sitting there and the girl just didn’t notify me it was ready.Overall quality of food was disappointing. The chicken was rubbery and the potatos they use are like the same ones you get at the diner. Like many others stated, there was a lack of seasoning. The texture of the chicken threw me off.For the price it’s just not worth it. But if you’re on prep or need something fast and macro friendly it’s edible. You’re much better off hitting one of the other meal prep places near by.

Service was really terrible wasn't greeted when walking in or even at the register the girl just stared at me until I ordered, I ordered a protein shake the previous day and the cashiers laughed at me, pretty uncomfortable if you ask me. On the other hand the food was really good definitely try out the pasta.

Food was freshly cooked burning through the bags which is a great sign, the chicken was "butter"tender, the greens tasted great and the steak was tough but at least cooked medium...i think it's bottom round so to the toughness is just what it's going to be like no matter what. Filled me up and was by far worth the price. Deserves more attention from the fitness world in new rochelle as I feel I couldn't have eaten a more sufficient dinner.

Healthy food alternatives here which is awesome but the food like other reviewers have stated is very bland.

This place has the most delicious food that NEVER makes me feel guilty for eating it - the penne w/ garlic and oil is so so delicious and their breakfast options are really tasty too!

The smoothie was as simple as it gets but tasted sub par. The workers don't utilize gloves unless you ask which is ridiculous and fruits are stored in a black plastic bag. Would not come here again.

All I can say is that everything about it was mid. I saw the menu while walking by the cafe and thought a breakfast plate from this place sounded great, it comes with more food for cheaper than other places around here such as the Mirage. Well, it was $14 wasted. I couldn't even finish my egg whites with chicken and peppers, something about it was almost inedible. It was like eating cardboard. The toast was good considering I've never had the bread they used. The home fries were just chunks of potato. I will not be going back. Now I see why no one talks about this place.

As a repeat customer everytime i go pick up my order, the young girl in the front never greets me. She barely picks her head out of her phone and when she does she just stares at me waiting for me to speak. She will hand me the food without saying "Thank you" or anything. Its annoying. Customer service is important when you are the initial person people see when they enter a buisness. A simple "Hi" and "Thank you" goes a long way.

The food is fine and healthy but I'm never ordering here again. The place reeks of pot and they took three times longer to get my order ready than they said.

I only go here because the food is clean and I know that for a fact. It tastes ok but the orders are consistently screwed up and cooked wrong. They also mess up instructions very often. If you're not someone who cares about calories/macros you should literally never go here. Like ever.
