I had a bad car accident from which my anxiety was relieved by the courtesy, kindness and professionalism displayed by Angel, the tow truck driver. He is a valuable asset to this company which in itself is a valuable asset to us when in a time of need. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate the great work Angel does and, once again; thanks ?

They steal items from the cars they tow! Do not use Safeway Towing of New Rochelle! You're better off pushing your broken down car where it needs to be than letting them near it. They even opened envelopes with birthday cards to steal gifts out of! Awful awful experience.

Danny was a huge help and so nice to us after our car was totaled. He helped us get our belongings from the wrecked car two separate times and was a delight to chat with after an otherwise unpleasant accident. Friendly staff makes a big difference :)

my car conked out in a dangerous spot on Hutchinson Parkway N/B in New Rochelle, NY. Since it is only city contract towing, AAA could not tow me til I was off Parkway. Mike ( tow driver) was fast to arrive after Police called, he knew what he was doing , was efficient, helpful & safety oriented. Once my car positioned for AAA tow to pick it up, Danny was super helpful and attentive to my concerns…. Office was efficient and well organized- if I was a New Rochelle resident, this business would be in my address book. A shout out to the Police officer for positioning his cruiser behind me, flares out on that dangerous curb. I really appreciate all they did for me.

No one likes getting towed by a authorized towing company after a car crash. It not their fault you had a bad day.I dont love their policy for vehicle release but the people that handled my issue were very good

Just called to get this towing company to work for my company and it was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I asked to speak with John because that’s who I was told to call back and speak with before 5pm. The guy over the phone identified himself as John and then he went on a rant about how everyone must’ve been so busy that they couldn’t help me sarcastically over and over again. I finally said sir are you the one that I am supposed to get in touch with and he said no I have to call the boss. Then he asked for my name and number and that he would get back in touch with me. I asked him what was his boss’s name and he said “the boss” I don’t know if he wants to do business with your company I will have to ask and get back to you “bye” and then hung up. No wonder they have 3.9 stars it should be 0.9 stars. His attitude was unprofessional and totally unacceptable. When or if they call back I’ll pass you no longer have to check with “the boss”I hope this helps someone before the get involved with Safeway Towing

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Long time scam artists in cahoots with New Rochelle PD. When they were done extorting me, he said the car will be brought right out. I waited in the cold for nearly a half hour, thinking "Any second now". When I finally got my car, my tire was halfway flat & I had scratches all over my door. Staying the hell out of New Rochelle. The nightmare that keeps giving.

My grandparents (currently recovering in hospital) got into a bad accident a week ago, took us about a week to find where the car went etc.I spoke with Christian on the phone he was so helpful, once my mom got there to collect the items in the car he moved the car up for her and helped collect the items. He was so sweet and helpful called me back let me know everything was all set and would double check the car for any left items for us. 100% recommend using them if you need it.

My car broke down on a Sunday. The customer service that I received from Christian and Peter was like no other. Not only were they quick to accommodate me they were kind and respectful something you don't see much of these days. A million thank you's for helping me.
