The location only has two loading docks. No room or additional parking. If both loading docks are being used, one has to park on street, probably a whole block away and schlep their stuff down the street or unload curbside and hope nobody steels it. Extremely inconvenient. Online sign up was an absolute waste of time. They promised me easy access to my unit without having to see front desk staff. Then to get my boxes to my unit I had to learn how to bypass a large staircase on wheels!!! The only moving space was a 3ft wide between the staircase and the wall, if that. This has been by far the worse storage facility I’ve ever encountered.

Emoni is wonderful. Her professionalism, commitment to customer service, and patience was so appreciated. She was able to determine the best unit to fit our needs. She definitely knows her ‘stuff’ and I will come back for future storage needs because of her. Great storage space as well.
