This location is the literal definition of what happens to a business when their customers do not know how to behave like adults. They literally have bulletproof glass at the register (everything is scanned through that), a prop police officer in the window, a string of police lights hanging inside, and a sign saying no masks allowed (presumably because some idiots have been trying to rob it with ski or covid masks on). They even have a wall of shame for those who have tried to rob it, vandalize it, you name it. I gotta hand it to these dudes- at this point I probably would’ve given up but they continue to offer great service every time I go and their store is clean and well stocked. Sorry that people suck guys.

Gas is always expensive. More than the average gas price. I get that is the official fuel from NASCAR but I seen other places for way less. Also I went in to buy a bag a chips and a drink it came out to $4.78 I handed the cashier five dollars going to get the $0.78 give me a $1 back because I have so much loose change, I was trying to give it to him and he said no that it was too late. When I had told him I was going to give him $.78 he just came off so rude about it. I have an uncle who has a deli that I work in and I would never treat customers that way.

Charged me for the wrong stuff then said I was forced to buy more stuff to meet the minimum and pay instead of re doing the entire transaction so I can be charged correctly and didn’t even let me pay cash which was I knew he wasn’t listening correctly through the glass and at that point I wasn’t gonna argue so I left my cup left but this is not the first time they have sent gas to wrong pump too or made it so I’m forced to pay inside and I actually enjoy this store if they can mitigate these small but really annoying issues I’ll change my review. Great staff but the communication needs more work and being neighborly idk if it’s legal to smoke that close to the pumps keep an eye

Avoid this Gas Station. Gas prices are always higher than other Sunoco locations and you can get much cheaper Gas down the road. Management could care less about customer service. Employees voice their hands are tied due to poor management decisions. I have never written a negative review for a business but felt the need to warn others.
They have lost my patronage after years of loyalty due to a multitude of negative factors that are too long to list!
Avoid!!!

Prices never change at this gas station. While the Gulf gas station down the street by Home Depot is $3.05 right now, this gas station is still $3.89. For weeks on end this Sunoco gas station stayed at $3.99 and never dropped in price, now only 10 cents they dropped it recently to $3.89, big deal😂🤣 The owners just doesn’t want to budge their prices at all, price gouging at its finest! The most expensive gas station in New Rochelle

Misplaced my car keys and card while in town for a technology conference. There was a massive car accident down the street and a guy pulled up with a loaded weapon in the parking and they were oblivious. Decided to call three police officers on me who were professional and polite. The gas is extremely expensive, more than Manhattan, West Chester county and Greenwich easily. I have a newer car and dressed professionally and I found two bucks and drove down the road. If he had critical thinking skills it would come to mind that people stop at gas stations in emergencies --- if I had decided to drive my car it would have blocked an entrance and hurt customers attending. This person is a parasite and failed to call for medical aid but calls it on people who are stranded. I did not enter his store, at no point was I loud or impolite, and most importantly law enforcement is not your personal body guards. They are in place for emergencies. Not for store workers who are unable to have a direct conversation. There were so many ways this could have went wrong and grateful that did not have to communicate with him.

This is certainly a clean gas station with modern pumps and convenient hours, but I always regret pumping here without checking first. This is the MOST EXPENSIVE gas station in the New York area. It's about the same price you would pay on the highway and sometimes a little more! Whenever I accidentally grab gas here, it's because I didn't check first. Filling up will be a few dollars more than any other in the area, and at least five dollars more than waiting for a gas station in New York City or New Jersey if you were just passing through the area. I recommend you avoid this one unless you like wasting your money.

This gas station is always very expensive and the prices never go down but either stays the same or rises a few cents every few days… it’s always at $3.99, now it’s at $4.02 a gallon which is crazy! The shell gas station by the Mercedes dealer is only $3.69. And don’t get me wrong the renovations does look nice, and it is a good spot to vacuum your car and put air in your tires, but for gas, I would highly recommend traveling to Larchmont to the Gulf gas station, it’s only $3.14 a gallon both cash and credit! So worth it!

I was having an emergency and I asked for the employees for help, and every single one of them were unnecessarily rude, disrespectful and made fun of me in front of other customers. I was appalled. I used to stop here a lot out of convenience even though the quality of gas is garbage for the price, but I will never go here again. Oh and everything inside is broken and snacks have alarming expiration dates. Don't waste your time or money here

Horrible gas quality, my car ran terribly after filling up here. The pumps are also super dirty and buttons are worn out.

Nasty place, no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. I told the staff and they said okay because they know they don’t wash their hands. Stink!!!!!!
