Have been coming to this T-Mobile store for years, and continue to come here despite having moved to Mount Vernon. The service is always as quick as possible and their associates are knowledgeable and direct. Definitely give them your money!

I went into the store recently for an upgrade and the service was great. I didn't wait long at all. The employee was also super helpful, answered all my questions, and helped me pick a new phone . I'd definitely go back to this store!

I came in to transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. The vibe of the store is welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. The representative that helped me was extremely patient and ensured I did not lose any of my information from my old phone. I will definitely be returning to this store for all my tmobile needs.

T-Mobile New Rochelle the staff there is phenomenal. I usually dread going into the stores. Any phone stores honestly. Genesis and the young man with the beard that was in there are terrific. (Sorry I didn't get his name). They were so pleasant and helpful and a credit to T-Mobile. I had to write this, which I don't normally do. Take care of these kind of employees, they are few and far between nowadays! Barbara (the chicken pot pie lady)

If I was able to give negative stars I would. This store needs to be SHUT DOWN! The employees are disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. This store gives T-Mobile a bad name. They refused to do a refund that was within the 14 day refund policy and when I asked for a business card (no one had business card). I would not recommend giving this store any type of business.

No customer service skills at all, standing in the store for 15-20 mins. Not even an acknowledgment, then have the audacity to say, oh I’m taking my time because I don’t want to help no one else. Im going on break.

I entered this store because I wanted a to add a line and upgrade a phone. Was told that I get one line for free if I add one - great! Turns out no. I’ve been charged for that “free” line for the past 8 months. Do yourself a favour and either order and do things online, or switch to another carrier at this point, T-Mobile is dropping the ball hard
