Lady that works the desk there this morning is super rude and not helpful. Went to UPS just before hand and they were super helpful and nice then go to USPS and she’s all attitude and rude. Second time I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to interact with her and just had such difficulty getting anything done. She gives one word instructions or answers and expects you to know how to do her job.

This location only deserves one star because of the late closing time. Unfortunately, this location has very rude and nasty workers. You would think they own the company the way the speak and treat customers. Never been spoken to so rudely at any other post office. And by reading the other comments im surprised these same employees still work here after all these years. THIS SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO!

I prefer this post office over over the one on North Ave in New Rochelle. It's open later and you're in and out.

I thought I would be the only one who would give a bad review of this USPS location, but reading the comments I realize that the service they provide is very bad. Today I went to drop off packages that already came with the label on, they just had to be scanned. The man who was there working literally angry says out loud “I don't have time or patience to waste scanning packages” I just stayed silent and didn't say anything, while he continued scanning the packages (there were only 5 packages and there were no more customers in the office) this man says very loudly and angrily I HATE POSHMARK AND ITS PACKAGES!! (my packages are sales on poshmark) and he began to throw away each of my packages, I noticed that one of the bags of a package broke where he threw it and I very kindly told him I think a bag broke when you threw it and he tells me: I don't know and I don't care!! This is the bad service that this office provides and they don't care about treating you badly.

Was in here today … 8/15. Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Sent a fax, copies and printed something off email. Prices are very reasonable.Thank You Team

Terrible service and unhelpful staff. They have no idea about shipping, will not pick up scheduled/labeled packages and lose packages left and right

Very bad customer service, the lady working on 3/2/2023 at 7 pm was very rude with me, she has no manner, she should be fired from this place, I never had seen this employee like this in my life!!!

Some of the employees in this PO are very pleasant and friendly. It really is a pleasure to do business with them.But. I have a problem with our new mail carrier for 1255 North Ave county club apartments. She is extremely unpleasant. When you try and talk to her she never looks up and doesn't answer. She always looks miserable.Our old mail carrier was so nice. Always greeted everyone who walked by. We miss him here.As far as this young lady who is our new mail carrier, it doesn't take much effort to be nice to people.
