Walked in around 11:15am on Sunday. The guy there said rudely "I don't know why people think we're open" and then told me to leave. Maybe people think you're open because the door was unlocked and the website says 11am. I was there to buy a new phone too. Won't be back!

I called the Quaker Ridge Verizon store, when I'd spent more than 90 minutes, calling the customer service phone number for prepaid Verizon cellphones. No matter what I did, I couldn't reach a human voice. Fortunately, when I called the Quaker Ridge store, Kenneth picked up the phone. He was extremely helpful and told me what he thought likely was the problem with my phone. Kenneth asked me additional questions, to be thorough and sure that his idea of what the problem was, was correct. I'll admit - I've always been a Verizon fan, but now I'm a fan of the Quaker Ridge store! Thank you Kenneth for all of your help - beyond five stars and excellent customer service, above & beyond!

It was such a pleasure to get instant attentive assistance. I usually hate my time in the Verizon Store on Central Ave, this smaller store was a great experience. I even called back twice after I got home with more questions, and they answered immediately, remembered me instantly and continued to be very helpful.

Upgraded from a IPhone X to a 13 pro. Kenneth handled the whole deal had the patience to make sure everything was up and running and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have been easier totally professional. No problems at all.Highly recommended.
