I have been to west Med in NewRochelle several times and I find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk staff. The offices are always clean.

STAY AWAY!! I used to love the urgent care here not anymore waiting close to 3 hours to be seen for severe stomach pain better off going to ER don’t come here!!!!
